Thank you for being real. We appreciate you - please take your time as much as you need! We’ll be here for your wonderful content whenever you are ready :)
Struggling with just one baby who is now about to become 2 months old having gas problems. What no one tells you is how isolating motherhood is even to the ones who love spending time alone. I had to call my in laws over just to have some company while my husband is at work.
It can be really isolating to have a hard time as a parent. I don’t want other parents to struggle, but when they do, it’s really reassuring to the rest of us that they honestly share it. Thank you for sharing both the great and the hard with us.
Being a parent is no joke! We only have one and the illnesses are kicking our butts too.... Sending love your way
We have an 18 month old and a 6 week old with reflux who also doesn't really sleep. I appreciate this video more than I could describe. I keep reminding my husband it's just a few more weeks of no sleep. We also really appreciate how much of an "easy" baby #1 was.
I just wanted to send my regards and support! I am one of the silent subscribers of your channel and usually don't leave a comment but just wanted to send you hugs and say it going to get easier eventually and you're doing great!...
Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.
From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
@@kendrickjibson222 I've been solely investing in real estate. But with the recent hyper home pricing i've liquidated a few things and have $45k in cash laying around idle. Would love to get your recommendations, I'm in search of something lucrative in the current crazy markets, i will be glad.
My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in, plus i dont do that by myself. i follow the trades of Mrs Karen Gaye Gray.
She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial advisor as her diversification skills are top notch, because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along, my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.
@@kendrickjibson222 By following her trades do you mean copying her trades? I have heard about copying trades
This was so realistic and relatable and I love you guys for it! Thank you!! Take it easy mom and dad you’re doing great, and hope the newborn days will be as easy and swift as possible🙏
Thanks for the check in and honesty….so many can relate.
Hang in there! Sending lots of love and good thoughts for better days ahead!
Just wanted to say thank you for your videos and we hope you are doing well. My wife and I welcomed our first baby one month ago and your videos and advice brought us so much peace and confidence throughout pregnancy. Thanks again and your family will remain in our prayers.
We definitely want another one, but I think even being pregnant while having another baby would be so much harder. Can't imagine having 2 under 2! You can do it!!
My first and only baby rn is 4.5 months old now but was one of those that did not want to nap at all and boy it was hard… it’s just now starting to get better! All worth it! But very hard! You got this! Enjoy the good moments and try to rest if at all when possible❤.
Oh I feel you! Mine were 18 months apart when sis #2 was born! The first 3-4 months were so challenging l!!! Especially since my newborn would not sleep more than 30 min ever!! It was a struggle! But, we are 5 months in and things are so so much more better now!! Hang tight, you guys got this!!
I can relate so much! I’m in 4.5 months and I’m finally feeling a sort of break:) I know teething is next so I will enjoy it!
I feel you! About 4 weeks in with my first who is VERY hard to settle to sleep as well. Especially during the day. And then often super cranky because he is overtired. Also had a tongue tie and refuses to take a pacifier. It‘s been a rough month!
Hope things will get easier for all of us soon!
im in the process of egg freezing, and this video brought me tears! I found your channel initially because I was searching for how to inject Menopur. So very happy for you!
You guys are a wonderfully honest reminder that sometimes we are just doing the best we can at any given time and leaning into the chaos is better than fighting it. I hope everyone is feeling better and that a little more sleep is in your near future. Whatever did people do when it wasn’t ok to talk through all of it? We are fortunate not to have to keep the hard stuff hidden and you both make it feel ok to not always have it all together. I will be forever grateful to you for your open honest platform.
Thanks for the honesty!!! Loved that you still made this week update.
Parenting is definitely not easy. But you and your husband are awesome parents. Both career oriented people who are doing a great job parenting. You both being a doctors are definitely a lot of work along with parenting.😊 It takes tough people to do it all. Much respect. You guys definitely got it this.
I’ve been a follower since I got pregnant in 2021 and still following til this day! Mainly because I love how honest you both are, and how you two bring encouraging energy to your videos…because parenting is hard darn it! Lol. Hang in there guys!
I needed this. We just had our newborn. But props to you guys. I always think what would this be like if I had a toddler AND a newborn. Wow how is it possible that those little ones survive. It's a miracle
I've been missing you guys! thanks for the update. i'm due to give birth to my first in July, and following your journey has been so helpful :)
Thank you so much for your videos! They’ve really helped prepare my husband and I for our new baby, (born just yesterday~!). I was wondering however, if, when you get the chance, could you do a video on recovering from C Section? My water was broken, and I was Dilated to 7, when the baby suddenly flipped from head down, to breech, so while I was all prepared for healing from a regular delivery, I’m a bit lost when it comes to c section, other then realizing that up and down and bending is ouchie. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, and good luck with your family!
We miss you!❤ Hope everyone is ok!
Sending you lots of hugs! 2 under 2 here too. Sent my toddler to grandmas in the mornings for the first 9 weeks because we were hanging on by threads. 😵💫
Take care and take it easy!!
Hope everything is going better!
Hey there!
I have my own baby asleep in my arms (sometimes the only place he'll sleep 😅), who is 11 weeks and 3 days old.
Since I have a few precious minutes available, I just wanted to leave a quick comment to remind you both that you are great parents and you're doing a wonderful job raising your little ones. I hope all of you are having a nice day filled with more naps, less crying and baby snuggles.
-Nikki
Could you please make a video, maybe short one, on how you wear a sling carrier. I’ve noticed you carry your baby a lot. That would be so great!
You can do it! We’re in a similar boat! Potty training a 2 year old and having fun with our 6 week old :)
Appreciate the honesty!! Because BOY was I in for a surprise myself with 2 under 2.. everything you said here was my family as well 💯 and it definitely got easier eventually , on to new challenges 😂
I love it😂parenting is really, really hard! You can’t explain it fully until you’re in it. I discovered you guys on Instagram during the pandemic & love the content. I really wish that these videos were around when I was pregnant and my kids were little. I appreciate that you’re giving your perspective and your trained doctors. I can’t follow most advice on pregnancy and having children from some random stranger on the internet unless I know they’re qualified. Especially health and wellness advice! Same goes for any examples of any subject I’m looking for. I’m not going to get advice on how to change the oil in my car from a midwife I’m going to ask a mechanic. Common sense! Congratulations on your new baby as well. I have been behind on Instagram but was on RUclips and though wow I hadn’t seen you guys in a while. On my tv I have your channel so now I’ve added you to my phone. Thanks for the hard work putting these together while working demanding jobs, raising two babies and handling life in general all throughout a global pandemic !🥂🤗cheers
“Baby that doesn’t sleep” I’m so sorry. Mine didn’t either and we had to take turns rocking him to sleep, then holding him because he didn’t want to be put down. These shifts were brutal!
8 weeks! We are there with you!
I have 4 month old twins, so I definitely understand survival mode. Hang in there!
I hear you on the hard and time consuming parts. It’s exhausting! God help us parents 😵
Oj gosh I'm due with number 2 in 3 weeks. I'm getting nervous. Baby #1 is amazing and easy peasy. I hope #2 is too 😢
Just thinking about you all! Hope everything is ok as you navigate being a parent of 2! ❤❤❤
I’m going through a survival stage as well: at 3 weeks old my son was diagnosed with pylorostenosis and had to go through emergency surgery. Now he’s 2 months old, can only sleep for 45 min during the day and we have found out that he’s allergic to cow’s milk (formula feeding + expressed bread milk). Please, share your survival tips. Personally, I don’t think I could do it without my husband’s help.
Take your time! We love your videos and will be here later! 💞 thanks for keeping it real 💯
I Really did think your uploading plans and schedule was.... Ambitious 😂💜
Two under 1 🙋♀️ def hard …9 months and I’m still in survival mode bc one twin wakes once an hour and sometimes less still all night long 😣 def postponing a third sibling now! 😩 which wasn’t part of the plan 😢
Can you make a video on gas relief, gripe water, gas drops? What’s better and safe to use on infants
I love your channel so happy your both doing great
I so appreciate this video! Our second was born a week ago and a few days later, our first brought home the stomach flu from daycare and we all got sick. It has been rough. Thanks for the honesty- it’s nice to know we’re not alone!
My daughter will be 2 months next week; the last 3 weeks have been especially hard. She gets overstimulated very easily and I never seem to catch it before it's too late and the whole night is ruined again. She has gas pains which I've finally figured out how to manage. It's incredibly difficult at night when I'm tired, husband is tired, but she is not. Shes been awake for the last 2.5 hours now and I have no idea when she'll be ready to sleep. I could pass out any time
Our baby born Feb 18 also refusing rhe bottle hard. Everything we try!
mine just turned 8 weeks old. i wish i knew of the tongue tie 2 years ago, i always noticed my 22 month old had a weird looking tongue, like the heart shape, we described it as a split tongue, finally realized what it was but now shes older and what do we do at this point? as a newborn thy could have cut it but no one ever mentioned why it looked weird. they asked if her latch was fine and id say yes, but i do remember always having to hold my breast for her the entire feeding, which i didnt realize was part of the tongue tie.
Good luck .. can you make a video about SIDS and recommendations to prevent it? What bassinet or other stuff are recommended?
You've got this you guys!!! Hang in there and it will get easier :)
Can you two do a video about postpartum hair loss?
Hope all of you are fine and healthy. Missing you guys. But know tht you must be busy. Just wishing it's just surviving phase aotherwise you are ll fine.
Take your time -- sending lots of love your way as you survive newborn insanity!!
It's been a while, hope you're doing alright! Typing this at 1 AM while my husband walks around with our 2 month old trying to get her to sleep 😅
Expecting baby #2 this June and I’m not ready!!😭😭 will also be having 2under 2🥺😭
Be strong 😇
I’ve been wondering about you all! Glad you’re surviving, hang in there!!!
Lamo. Right there with you
Hi can u do video on low lying placenta
Just had twins in addition to a 4 year old and 2 year old…throw in a viral illness on top of that and…yeah. It’s been real.
Hang in there guys!
But at least with the second child you are more prepared, right? Right?
Hey guys, do you vaccinate your own kids or you refuse doing it?
❤
❤❤❤❤
I have 3 under 3 loll. The youngest is a month old lol.
You can do it, guys! Sending you my hugs of support 🤗
I’ve been in survival mode since my first was born one year ago. 🥲 Do whatever y’all need to do to survive and thrive! 💗
Totally appreciate the humor and honesty of “this is just really hard and we’re in survival mode” - makes all of us in the trenches with you feel normal!!
Having a newborn was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. Sending love!
My daughter is a little over 2 and the newborn is a little over 6 weeks. Each day all I can think about is just survive another day. Sending ❤. Looking forward to the next newborn episode.
Going from 1 to 2 was very hard. Going from 2-3 was a piece of cake!!! The fact that both of you are both doctors just shows that even you guys admit parenting is hard. Parenting is really hard but worth all the sleepless nights etc in the end!!!! You guys are doing awesome!!!
Appreciated this video. Glad to see you in good spirits with some humor still as it is hard. Glad to see you taking these moments for yourselves as you are figuring out 2 under 2! We will be here when you all are back-your content is so appreciated!
The first 6 months of 2u2 was insane… my youngest just turned 1 and it’s still crazy but better. Baby 2 was such a bad sleeper + reflux. You can do this!!
My thoughts are with you!! I’m a first-time mom; my daughter has 3 weeks! I’m looking forward to hearing about your no-sleeping baby as she doesn’t sleep during the day!
Thanks for sharing your journey!!
I think this gives all us non doctors some validation so thank you for being real. I hope your village is rallying around you!
I have a 10 week old and I am also trying to survive. I don’t know how some lifestyle mom youtuber bloggers seem so put together and make it look fun and easy lol! So I appreciate the realness!
I have a 4 month old and a 7 year old, I understand!! I forgot how hard having a 4 month old baby is!!!! It's not easy ❤
Absolutely feel you! I have a 16 month old and a 2 month old and I'm just trying to get by each day 😮💨
why are you not active on your channel? If you are not getting the time I can help you with your video editing process and whole channel management if you want, you have to record and send the video to me I'll do the rest.
Thank you for being so honest and real with everyone! Take as much time as you need- your family and physical and mental health comes first! I only have one and he just turned 2 months and it’s still so hard, I can’t imagine having a toddler on top of it.
Hi to make you aware of this: a channel with the exact name and profile picture offered investments to me and another user in a comment under one of your videos. This channel was created today!
Hi! Thank you so much for the heads up. Could you tell me what video so we can find it and then block and mark as spam?!
@@TheDoctorsBjorkman Sure, it was the "New short for you all on life with #2under2" video. I also notified RUclips but it might be more effectful when you do it yourself.
You're welcome😊
I don't know if that person commented that more than once but if you wanna find my comment, I commented 3 months ago, it has got 3 likes and 2 responses. Hope that helps!
@thedoctorsbjorkman where are u guys!!are you still surviving out there 😂
I have a 2 year old and and a 2 month old... I'm also a very newly diagnosed hypertensive... go figure.
Do you have people helping aeound the house? A nanny? Family? Daycare? Cleaning person?
This is gunna be me in May 🥵 I have a 13 month old and 32 weeks pregnant with twins 😅 oh and my 13 month old still wakes 2-3 times a night; send caffeine 😅😅
I have a 2 weeks old, first baby and omg it’s kicking our butts just with one little one 😮💨😅
Hoping all is well and happy for this lovely family and all the good vibes for these parents 🤍
I was wondering why you were in a rush to have another one, because two is a lot of work. Feels more like 10 than 2.
We miss you! I hope you are all ok :) Sending love
Missing you guys!!
I think my 2 are really close to the same age as yours and yes, it's really tough. The only thing that's saving some sanity is my (turning 2 this Friday) toddler goes to daycare Mon-wed, I'm getting some help on Thursday and Friday. But daycare still brings home stupid sickness and I'm going to the pediatrician this morning because the 8 week old was on the cusp of that fever allowance last night. And I have to go back to work the 1st of next month. Weeeeeeeeeee!
This video is just perfect 😢 sums it up so well! I'm amazed you had the energy to even pick up the camera going through all that. Keep going, you are doing great 👍🏻
I know how you feel! My toddler is 3 and a half and my daughter is almost 11 months old and she doesn’t sleep through the night yet. Stay positive and know you’re great parents!
THANK YOU. Love your videos and this is possibly my favorite one. 🙏 You're doing great! 💪
I have 3 under 4 with the youngest at 3 months and zero support network. It's indeed so overwhelming. Sending hugs ❤❤❤
Thank you for keeping it real! Appreciate all you do and just focus on your family and we'll see ya when you're ready 😊
We are in week 4 with our first and man....the period of purple crying is REAL.
I feel you! I have 2 under 2, my youngest is 9 months and she’s still not sleeping through the night. We’re all in this together, hang in there! 😊
Hello from another 2 under 2 parent! Holy crap it is SO hard. You guys are not alone and thanks for sharing!
Regular videos was a very bold plan to begin with lol!! Good luck and hope you can slow down and enjoy
Thank you for being honest😁
Warm greetings from Norway 🇳🇴
