If you wanted something more for the inner area vagisil body wash is made for cleaning the more intimate spot, just don't get it completely inside if you know what I mean.
I've never bought this specific body butter but it does look like it may have fragrance. Anything with fragrance and dyes should be avoided to moisturize your vulva. If your vulva is dry, you can use aloe bera gel or coconut oil to keep it hydrated. Coconut oil can be heavy for some people so other oils can be used, I don't really know. but make sure to never put stuff inside. Body butters can also be used on buttcheeks but never the butthole (sorry for these weird terms, I can't remember at this moment what else they are called)

No. Body butter is a moisturizing product, just use it if your skin is dry, doesn't matter if you have shaved or not.
