You can just say “the most high” or even “most blessed”
Like when referring to Jesus or Mary they usually have different little words for them. Like almighty or blessed Virgin or what not. Same idea. You can pick whatever reverential word you want.
Really the only difference between “almighty” and subhanahu wa ta’ala is the language it originated from. They mean pretty much the same thing. When referring to the prophet Mohammed Muslims say -> peace be upon him. They also say this when they reference Jesus Mary and Joseph because they recognize them all as blessed or divine in the case of Jesus and Mary. Think of Islam like Christianity version 2 And Judaism as version 1 of Christianity. They all recognize the same holy figures. Just Christianity has a few more than Judaism and Islam has one more major figure than Christianity. Very similar prayers very similar holy books very similar beliefs. ESP between Islam and Christianity, they are basically like brother religions.

Thank you for your comment and for sharing your thoughts!
I appreciate your effort to draw parallels between the Abrahamic religions and their reverential phrases. However, I'd like to clarify a few points to provide a more accurate understanding.
"Subhanahu wa ta'ala" is an Arabic phrase that means "Glorified and Exalted is He." It's specifically used to honor Allah (God) in Islam, emphasizing His transcendence and exalted status. While terms like "The Most High" or "Almighty" are similar, they are translations of different attributes of God and may not capture the full essence of the original phrase.
Regarding prophets and revered figures, Muslims say "peace be upon him/her" when mentioning prophets like Muhammad, Jesus (Isa), Moses (Musa), and others. Mary (Maryam) is highly respected and considered one of the most virtuous women, but she is not viewed as divine in Islam. In fact, attributing divinity to anyone other than Allah is contrary to Islamic teachings.
While Judaism, Christianity, and Islam share common roots and recognize many of the same figures, each religion has its unique beliefs and scriptures. Islam is not a "version 2" of Christianity but is considered by Muslims to be the final revelation from God, preserving the pure monotheism taught by previous prophets.
I hope this provides some clarity! Thank you again for engaging in this discussion.
