- This is the final (?) installment of McCoy lines. I can't do the movies (at least now) because not all of the films copied over and some parts have the commentary going on in the background (I have no idea why.) But if someone out there wants to make a compilation of Bones' lines from the films go right ahead! I also feel that this segment is incomplete, but alas, I cannot go back and change it (and I really don't feel like redoing everything in Sony Vegas). So here it is. I might make another segment of all his lines that I missed, but that's only up in the air right now. For now, enjoy season 3!

My favorite Star Trek character since I was a child. DeForest Kelley unique talented actor. Thank you.
Ratón Mágico originally, DeForest Kelly was given the opportunity to pick which of the man characters he wanted to be. he chose McCoy because he liked the humorous, human aspect of his character.

@@darksky5985 He was acually suppose to be Mr. Spock, however, Gene said the role just didn't fit him, so Gene made him Chief Medicial Surgeon of the Enterprise.

The third season had some of the best McCoy episodes. Thanks for these scenes. Bones is my favorite ST character.

0:48 You know DeForest Kelley was a fantastic actor when you realize he said that line "A child could do it!" in SPOCK'S BRAIN of all things... and he makes the scene WORK.
The line in Requiem for Methuselah has to be my all time favorite. Thanks for sharing!
By far the most truthful statement made in this episode as well.
I read "The Empath" is DeForest Kelley's favorite episode.
It was one of Bones' moments to shine.

I've always loved the contrast here. With Jim, he gently helps lower him into a resting position after knocking him out with the hypo. Whereas with Spock, he just lets him collapse by himself into an ungainly heap. The difference in approach just makes me smile.
I thought I'd seen a more complete clip from Friday's Child in which McCoy says "What the Klingon has said is unimportant, and we do not hear his words." But, I'm having a difficult time finding it.
Dr.Pulaski went to the Doctor McCoy school of medicine.
