I just started playing and most guides on this game assume you have been playing from the start. all terms are thrown like everyone knows them and explanations boil down to "We'll use fischal her, because obviously" Now I actually get why quicken teams work as they do. Great video!
That's just lazy by Mihoyo. Using the same icon for Quicken and Dendro...smh. Awesome video! Can't believe it doesn't have more views. Best video I've watched by far. You actually SHOW what you're explaining.
[THANK YOU MEME] FFS, took me so long to find this info about the ICD and if it affected the amount of Aggravate/Spread I could trigger at the same time. Again, THANK YOU!
quite helpful video, know I know why spamming everything in any order while panicking works for me. thanks mihoyo for making aggravate and spread coexist.
Thx for the explanation, I thought that quicken will b consume each time aggravate happens, which makes me wonder whether it's worth it cz of its double trigger. Now see it doesn't consume quicken, I have more hopes on building Lisa
Is it worth to build EM in these kinds of build? Deciding wether is better to focus on crits, atk or EM for those kinds of build. Maybe in the future we can see a version of dendro national shogun.
I will mention this in the next video when I talk about team building. For Aggravate/Spread, they exactly benefit the most for the characters who mainly build EM. And who mainly build EM? Characters with low base ATK and low ability multipliers. You can take a look at the DMG formula at 12:50
I think it's highly dependent on the characters kit. Like damage multiplier then there's passives that gives out increase damage with every EM the more a character is to have that kind of passive the more we want to build them EM.
So is it right to say that. Aggregate and spread is weaker than melt and vape in terms of damage per screenshot since it's damage bonus and not amplication. But can be more consistent cause you can proc it more than once without consuming quicken which over time dendro and electro seems to be better???
I think as Catalyze reactions are triggered by Dendro + Electro, we probably would compare them with Overloaded (which is the Electro reaction with the highest reaction multiplier). And for Overloaded vs Aggravate, I think you are right. A single attack of Aggravate may not be as high as Overloaded, but over the entire rotaion, since 1) Aggravate can be triggered by +inf times. 2) Quicken buffs both Electro and Dendro DMG, Aggravate should be more preferred. Also this benefits more on the characters who can apply Electro more frequently.
so, do both character's EM affect the aggravate/spread damage? say I'm using Collei with 200 EM and Keqing with 200 EM. Would it matter if only Keqing had 200 EM and Collei had 0 EM for Aggravate?
I think he means Who triggers quicken doesn't matter, importance further mitigated by the fact that the quicken status does no damage on its own. But the amount of damage done afterwards by either aggravate or spread depends on the EM of whoever is triggering the aggravate or spread reaction. So if Keqing attacks an enemy under the quicken status with an electro attack, she will trigger aggravate and since she's the one triggering the reaction, the damage done will be based on HER EM.
I know I'm a little late but thank you for this post! I've been sticking to HB because I never understood quicken. Now I'm excited to give an aggravate team a try. 😁
How does this only have 150 views??? Easily the most detailed and instantly answered all my advanced questions about the reactions
Thanks for the support!
It's now 12k🎉
This, so many times this. And there is no part 2 or am I blind?

easily the best and most detailed video explaining these reactions on the internet. subbed

Thank you, I really wish all guides for everything ever were this easy to understand and in-depth at the same time.
2 minutes into the video and I decided to sub! Such a great explanation! Keep up the good work.
This is such a good video, I've been visiting this video multiple times now.😅
Juat started 2 months ago and this video has helped me so much. hope you come back and put morr vids
Thanks for the support! I will!
So much detailed, mihoyo just went nerd mode for the new dendro element
My brain is burning, thank you for the info
This is the best video for an easy explanation, I was exactly looking for this!
The amount of time it took to gather information and then creating a video is Commendable!!
[THANK YOU MEME]

I feel bad for thise who didnt find this video. This explained it so easy and so good. Nothing hard, just ez onga bonga language
Finally!!
The theory vid for quicken is OUT!
Thanks for your superlative explanation and outstanding video content.
quite helpful video, know I know why spamming everything in any order while panicking works for me. thanks mihoyo for making aggravate and spread coexist.
Very informative and easy to understand video as always! Thanks dao! I learnt a lot!
This is so helpful to learn more details about reactions. Thanks a lot
Magnificent explanation. Thank you.
i just took a freaking degree by watching this 1 video
So basically, it's a transfomative reaction but added to your base normal/skill/burst dmg got it.
Great job on this guide! And thank you for uploading this!
Great video. I just had that chance to build my first quicken team, and it's super nice! Love this reaction
Wow, so informative. Great.
This was a suprisingly well made video, informative and very easy to understand. Good job you are good teaching
Basically, I’m hearing that if we get someone who applies dendro OR electro quickly with no ICD they are gonna be broken as fuck.
so going for CRIT is still generally better for Quicken as well, huh? that's a conclusion I've been looking for!
Its like I'm doing maths all over again in school😂
Holy shit the gauge theory POGGERS
You earned my upvote and subcribe. And a comment for RUclips to boost you
So helpful! THANK YOU!!
The best guide, thanks
Is the "Intro to Elemental Reactions" series already completed? I was hoping for a final video. ❤️
Sorry I was taking a break from YT but I will try to finish the series soon!
thanks for explaing in so detailed way
Best guide frrrrrrrr!!! 😭❤️
amazing video👌👌
Thanks!

You rock!!
are crit RATE have any seffect on aggravate dmg? or i just can use higher crit DMG without worrying my aggravate dmg will crit or not

Spread is the best one, now that nahida will ALWAYS apply dendro you'll just need an electro character
P2 where 🤧
Where's the second part?
How do we determine the weak or strong dendro or electro?
I thought I was done with studying when I left school why am I doing this
still waiting part 2
Thanks lol i'm too dumb for alla that
So if I do DMC burst into Cyno E Burst the duration of window I have to trigger aggravate will be like what 9 seconds?
All of this makes my head hurt
how do you know if u apply a strong element?
thanks im too lazy to figure the reactions ,,,
Bloom will be op when nilou is out

Only the stats on who TRIGGERS the reaction matters. Who applies the first reaction doesn't matter in the dmg computation.
I think he means Who triggers quicken doesn't matter, importance further mitigated by the fact that the quicken status does no damage on its own. Thank you...only u could make my dumbass brain understand it
raiden shogun's E + nahida = ?
10/10
✨✨❤❤
hmm
could i use a full elemental mastery yao yao and raiden to buff a 0 elemental mastery dendro dps?
Not quite because the reaction dmg depends on the EM of the character who triggers the reaction not the one who applies the initial element
@@DaosuiGenshin can kazuha act as the electro character with swirl?
@@_lotty..da_528 He can and he's a pretty good component in Dendro/Electro comp
@@DaosuiGenshin so when kazuha triggers aggravate the whole team gets the damage increase?
