You are a very great interviewer because you ask questions that we the audience want to know! A lot of times when listening , we tend to miss vital information , however I noticed you highlighted the important questions and answers we need to know. Great Job!!
Such a helpful video ladies! I'm in my late 40's looking for a career change after 20 years in public service. I heard about scrum and was totally in the dark about what it was. This video helped me tremendously, ty!!!
I love that you have had to do a lot of exploring to get to Scrum Master because there are a lot of people of color who equate changing majors or changing focus with FAILURE and that is just not true. They need to hear that you have to keep looking and trying to find out what fits you in tech industry because it is so diverse. Thank you for sharing your tale with us.
Thank you so much for this 🙏🏾 I just turned 33 and still don't know where I'm going and what I want to do with my life 🤧 I have to stop myself from feeling like a failure; being a college dropout, job hopping, and just trying to find my happineas and passion/purpose in this world. Now here I am thinking of a tech career lol. I can't and won't give up 💛✨️
This was an awesome video! GeNella's story and how she talked about things was so inspiring, and I felt a lot of alignment with my own story. This was really helpful as I am considering entering the field. Thanks for posting! 🙌🏾
This is a wonderful interview and the guest she is amazing gives me so much hope that we can change our careers and work within the tech industry. Remain bless 🙌
This was great, as I am a novice to anything scrum, but I am getting ready for a 3 certification boot camp and scrum is one of them. Lots of great information and inspiration, because all I knew was cybersecurity, but that's not an easy task to accomplish with no background. However, Scrum seems like an opportunity for a person like me. Thanks
I hear her, but the only reason the environment is that relaxed to the point of employees being "babied," foodwise, gameswise etc is because the work itself is stressful and needs extreme focus, so it is done right the first time...
Such a great informative video! You asked amazing questions and made sure to have her repeat key information. Thanks to both of you for taking the time out to educate us!!!

I'm in the process of wanting to become a Scrum Master. I'm trying to take a few online classes to become a professional scrum master certified. I work for tsa/airport and I want a big career change. Any tips for a noobie with no scrum experience like me?
Do you have to be IT certified before you become a Scrum Master to be a good SM? And can a Scrum Master be employed in the Nonprofit Sector or be an entrepreneur with their own business?
I don't like that the Mentor told her to tone it down. Thats his/ her preference. Be you! Has nothing to do with how she does her work nor her knowledge.
Hi Temi. New subscriber here. Thank you for advice and every knowledge and career journey experience you are sharing with us on your channel. All new to this and hope I can take your advice a try this on.
I love love love 💕 her spirit. It touched me when she said the story that it’s always a fight hit home especially post BLM/Rona for a Black woman and in tech. It’s false. It can be easy and amazing. Welcoming of your colorful self. Pun intended. Enjoy the job exploring and bask in gratitude of successes.
I've been practicing my celebration speech with some help from Snoop Dogg for passing my uni exams and now being a qualified Scrum Master :ruclips.net/video/n5ZwZmvxoIA/видео.html I'm in the same position - no background in tech and started 18 months ago and just qualified :)
I think I would rather you in your twenties NOT spiritual The dude's back then had all the fun with you Now I gotta jump through hoops in your later years
Thank you all for tuning in, I hope you enjoyed the video! What other careers in tech would you like to see me highlight next? 😊
This was a great interview! Could you highlight UX design? GeNella touched on it, but it would be great to hear from someone who’s still doing it.

I love this! I felt this 100%. My background is in IT, and I’m still soul searching for what I want to do. I take my scrum cert on the 8th.
Hey! How did you do? Was the test challenging

You should research your black men like that and have the same optimistic tone when you're talking to black men
