- In the beginning of the video I mentioned my first EV was a Mercedes, this is wrong, first EV I had was a 2017 BMW i3 with the range extender. If your Ford Mustang Mach-E has Carplay issues, buy at your own risk :(

Sorry you are having a bad experience. You said you are in the Naples area. Bring your Mach E to Estero Coconut Point Ford. I'm confident you're apple car play and android auto is not a big deal to get working; however, you will have to allow time to program 😉 .
No Sir, I'm in Orlando & I visit my parents in Naples. Already sold that lemon & got 2020 Nissan Leaf took it to Naples this last weekend with no issues with anything :)

On board navigation is standard on all trims.
Really???News to me, because I don't see the word "navigation" anywhere on screen, if you are talking about FordPass, that is also not working on my Ford Lemon :(
@@danielone06 probably you had an older os version. all they would have to do is update the os.
looking at the macheforum in early 2021 this was noted more than once so an update at the dealer is probably the solution.
@@jkirk99 I took the car to the dealer, spent two hours there, they contacted Ford, which told the dealership they would have to re-program every computer module in the car & this would take at least 8 hours, not good.

Our premium has built in navigation in addition to Apple car play and Android Auto. They all work fine. 17,500 miles so far.
