1. No, I was doing an extra workout on my own 2. To my knowledge, we did not sign anybody from the open try-outs 3. We have to arrive a minimum of an hour before training starts or we get fined

I have african parents and friends and family and even myself and people of that descent always joke about how we are late to parties or events it's quite funny. I dont think he meant it in a rude way it's a joke we make ourselves. That's where it came from
That leg workout was more of a warm up, low volume/low intensity alot of core engagement and mental focus I doubt he would do a leg workout for instance that incorporates heavy squats/lunges/leg press. I mean that wouldn't be a terrible idea if your recovery and refueling is on point but that seemed to be a nice light engaging workout to get the legs firing on all cylinders for the training session
How do the Titan facilities measure up to other USL facilities that you’ve seen? Those are the only ones that I’ve actually been to and they seem awesome I just don’t have anything else to compare them to.

Don't you feel stiff? A bit of velocity or PAP would be more appropriate before pitch and hign reps after main session, what do you think? Thx mate 💪🏼❤⚽️
If your in Italy all u need to do is get into an academy. Having an Italian club on ur resume would help u a crap ton in North America. If u can don’t come to North America lol

Improve your vlog quality, following you since Germany, but the content is really not what it used to be , before every video we used to take something and get inspired but now its just like “i am eating this food” “i am going to training” i know you are a pro now , but still you can talk about so many topics about football , gym etc.
