Comment from last vid: Oh additionally for the whole Shanks vs Luffy thing it was set up since Luffy set out for the New World and in order to be king he knew he needed to beat all the Yonko even Shanks. And Luffy stated he wanted to surpass Shanks and Shanks stated Luffy needs to come back when he is a great pirate in the world. When they meet again there definitely will be a fight to test if Luffy has what it takes to proceed to the One Piece if he can take out Shanks. The reason Shanks waited to go after the One Piece was the news of Luffy being Yonko after defeating Kaido since Shanks whole thing in the story was helping forward the next gen, keeping world balance, and finding someone worthy to claim the One Piece. Ever since Luffy ate the Nika Fruit and Luffy even gave his ambitions for One Piece, Shanks knew that Luffy was the one worthy to get the One Piece and when Luffy reached the proper level needed to make the journey to finally go and claim it that he needed to be serious about getting the One Piece too so he can test if Luffy can take the final step. So that’s my reasoning for Luffy vs Shanks using what we got so far from the franchise so hope that helps clear things up 👌
Comment from last vid: Amazing series like usual but I have some feedback. I truly wished there was more context added for things in the vid. Like how challenging Luffy’s or anyone’s fights actually are. Especially how much it took against Kaido where Luffy lost multiple times and needed time to recover and to improve when he came back. And the help Luffy has at times in fights or when he is recovering especially with Kaido where every ally that fought helped against Kaido since it drained his stamina overtime and these allies begin the Akazaya Nine, Supernovas, and Yamato. Without any of them Luffy wouldn’t been able to win. As for the Egghead fights I never really seen them represented well in vids. Luffy had a close first fight with Kizaru where they kept pace with each other. Then by the time he fights Kizaru again and faces Saturn he was able to recover at that point and was able to show more mastery with G5. A big part of that recovery too was someone giving him food before this fight and we recently found out it was secretly Kizaru. So at this point Kizaru is still damaged from the last fight and is going through mental struggles cause of what he had to do towards Vegapunk so he isn’t as capable as before. When we look at Luffy and how he handled both of them it wasn’t him overpowering but overwhelming them with the ridiculous and wacky powers of G5. But the thing is whether it was against Kizaru or anything of the Gorosei, Luffy wasn’t necessarily beating them fully since they could all handle the attacks of his G5 attacks and withstand them especially the Gorosei with their top tier defenses and regeneration. Where Luffy needed to tap into G5 multiple times while the Gorosei were still able to fight effectively since they kept withstanding the attacks. At the end of the day the stamina set back of G5 couldn’t keep Luffy to have a full fight and he needed help from allies for him and his crew to escape. Luffy is elite Yonko level and against other Elite Yonko threats he wasn’t gonna win easily since they have the means to handle what Luffy throws. Meanwhile Lucci legit got overpowered as well and not handling G5 because he wasn’t powerful enough to take on Luffy, he just isn’t Yonko level and can’t handle a full fight with one. Sorry if I rambled just I think it’s important for context to be had to flesh out more of the reactions and to elevate the experience for the characters and the vids. Even though the content is amazing enough adding more context will only further improve things to be honest. So hope my suggestions help in any way and keep on awesome work 👍
