What are you talking about? A MTB race is a MTB race, regardless of the length! Some like shorter distances, some prefer longer distances. Not sure why XCM is supposed to be the holy grail of MTB racing....
Très dommage que l'on ne puisse pas voir l'intégralité de la course, comme sur @laforestière ou la @jurabikemarathon, avec des caméras enbarquées sur des VTTAE ou par drones. Le XCM Marathon, avec des athlètes tout aussi exceptionnel(e)s, que sur les autres épreuves UCI, mériterait une plus grande exposition médiatique ! GRAND MERCI d'y remédier.

XCM is real mountain bike racing. That’s what we used to race as a fairly normal race length in the 90s.
And the highlights were better back then on Eurosport......
