I knew you would because I mean how could anybody not! His voice is just sensational and he just makes me feel feelings that I can’t even explain. It really did feel like worship! I mean the amount of talent out there is just wild! I hope you are doing okay! My week has been INTERESTING to say the least but finding my feet again slowly but surely! Awwww sweetie. I’m so sorry you’ve been having a tough time lately. I’d like to share some Memaw advice with u, although it sounds like you’re already dealing with your situation in the manner u see fit, so this may be more about sharing something similar (or what I think is similar) that I’ve been thru & what I did to correct it. I’ve always been a “giver”, to the point of being taken advantage of. Like, a LOT. Instead of speaking up for myself or saying no, I would do whatever the other person wanted me to & then bury all the negative feelings about how I felt about it inside myself. Which is a HUGE mistake because I’M the one that’s upset & having it manifest itself in ways that caused me both mental & physical distress. The other person isn’t distressed. They got what they wanted. So I’m sorry to say this went on for most of my life until about 3 years ago when I said enuf is enuf! I made a New Year’s resolution (which I NEVER do lol) to rid myself of any & everyone in my life that was toxic. I cannot express to you how much that changed my life for the better. MASSIVE difference! As we age, most of us start to think of our mortality, or at least I do. I resolved that whatever time I have left, I want it to be as positive & stress free as possible, esp while I am enjoying relatively good health. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! However, I DID do it & that’s all that matters. So I’m thrilled to see that it sounds like you’re already taking steps to rid yourself of the people who don’t have your best interests at heart. It can be difficult & you might even hurt for a bit but it is soooo worth it. Believe me you won’t miss them or how bad they made you feel once they’re gone. 🥰 Ty so much for your lovely replies. I just think you’d enjoy it since it’s gospel & Stevie does some runs that I’ve NEVER heard him do, & we all know what he’s capable of. Wow. It’s nice to know you’ve been to the U.S. already. And all the good places lol. Although Florida scares me! Hahahahaha. Their crime rate is ridiculously high & they are also known for having the “weirdest” crimes too lolol. I watch a LOT of true crime & worked as a civilian for one of the largest police departments in the country for over 15 years, so I know a lot about crime. Speaking of Vegas, I’m going there next week. I’ve been more times than I can count. It is one of my absolute favorite places to visit. I’ve found people either love it or hate it lolol. Usually no in between’s. What did u think of it? Ok my love. My bed calls me lol. You keep your head up & keep doing what you’re doing.
