pickled celery:
1 stalk of celery
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp white vinegar
salt (and sprinkle of sugar if you'd like)
1/2 tbsp gochugang (use bird's eye chilies if you have them)
red pepper flakes
poke bowl:
rice: sprinkle of rice vinegar, salt, sugar, furikake
chopped fish seasoning: rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, green onion
breakfast bowl:
1/2 cup oatmeal (guesstimating here)
half a zucchini
crimini mushrooms
handful of spinach
garlic salt, pepper, green goddess seasoning, cayenne
ground chicken (about 1/5 pound)
2 eggs
taquitos (makes 24):
1 lb ground turkey
1 yellow onion
cilantro
1 lime
salt , pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne
corn tortillas
