These kind of handballs should be penalised with an indirect free kick from inside the area. If it prevents a goal, penalty. If it's just bad luck, it's a free kick. That would solve a lot of problems and it would be fairer, imo.

Vlahovic had the chance to join Arsenal but he turned it down in favor of Juve and I believe he should've gone to Arsenal coz look what Juve has done to him as a player. Inspite of improving and boasting his skills he has been on a decline every since joining them.
Well it's not really important what you think. He chose Juve and that's the club he's at. Arsenal where overachievers this season and still will finish trophyless. The problem with Vlahovic lately isn't Juve it's Allegri. His style doesn't fit Dusan's. If Zidane comes in, Juve's offensive capabilities will rival Arsenals.
