Ciao a tutti, pratico shotokan, il mio sensei mi ha insegnato il metodo di Ken. Però ho notato che soprattutto tra le cinture colorate molti non sanno allacciare correttamente la cintura 😂. Video molto utile.

I don't know if you would see this, but if you do: What is written on your black belt and is it standardised in Germany? Auf meinem Gürtel steht einmal mein vollständiger Name: Kenichi Sato und auf der anderen Seite. TEAM KI. Standard ist jedoch eher der Name auf der einen Seite und deine Stilrichtung oder Verband auf der anderen Seite.
