@@lilgemini4032 i'm in the beginning january month of the game, it's not everyone's cup of tea placing bets and stuff but the driving model is good! (xbox)
Easily one of the best and most underrated racing games of the era, the only complaint I had is how hard non-AWD cars are to handle in the top few classes
Driving with a wheel makes it much easier. I won quite a few viper pink slips online that way. Rwd cars where really enjoyable when you would get the hang of them, and generally much faster in the same class.
@@ravenonthecross Never got to play this online due to how quickly the game died, atleast on PS2. By comparison MC3 online was popping up until they shut down the server many years into the 360 lifecycle.
OK, so I'm late to the video, but I have a few tips for y'all if you haven't played this game before: Biggie likes AWDs, and he will fuck you up in pink slips if you're not prepared. Use an AWD against him when applicable. Same thing goes for Maria. Mitsubishis in this game are no joke. Cheese your money by setting drag racing events up for Class 1 only, and only bet when the event has one Corvette and one Viper. Always bet on the Viper, even on the rare off-chance that it's not a prototype. If the event has two Corvettes or two Vipers, back out, and keep setting it up again until you get one Corvette driver and one Viper driver. Speed challenges are an absolute nightmare. Nothing can prepare you for them. Just keep your speed up, and pray to your deity of choice you don't hit anything. Keep you crewmates on high during the race until their name on the screen turns red. Switch them down to medium when that happens. If you don't, they'll wipe out, and that'll cost you the race. BIG TIME. The handling is a bit much to get used to at first. Use the arcade to slip in to the handling until you think you can take career mode on. That's about all for now.
@@somerandomdude2085 I've played both of them, I can definitely agreeing with you on that one. I still can't believe they didn't update the game with rumble support (like the first Motorstorm game) on the PS3 version even after years of the game's release...

I remember playing this on ps2 back in the day. I’d pull the memory card out so it wouldn’t auto save, then bet everything, and if I lost I just reloaded a save lol.
Taken 30 or more of the bosses cars.. Made 10 million on bets, hosted events on the bosses tracks and my own for fun.. All of that because they took my 350z Sounds like a movie redemption lol, wish more games were like this and expanded on. Still a good game in it's own way
Juiced easy money farm 1. Play some races and get rep for creating events 2. Create event - type drag, class - prototype 3. See that there are only proto Vipers and proto Corvettes 4. All in on Viper 5. .... 6. PROFIT If you see Viper vs Viper or Corvette vs Corvette just drop the event, it cost almost nothing.
had much fun with this game...decided to play it again few years ago, wanted to max out all cars but then I noticed there is a max car limit in garage :( Anyway maxed out bunch of cars and it was really fun If only there was a way to remove garage car limit I would play it again...I even have save game file on the PC :D
6:10 Damn, a Supra winning against a OP AWD on one of the hardest tracks in the game is very satisfying. Is the handling on the cars different on the PC version of the game then the PS2/Xbox and Eliminator on the PSP? I remember all the RWD cars being uncontrollable except for the Clio V6 and 3000GT.
I LOVED Juiced 1 when I was a kid. I remember the CR-X being so OP on full upgrades, especially in sprint (why did they name drag races that?). Mine was lime green I think. I later broke the game with it and had to buy a different car :(
I feel like Gran Turismo 4, Midnight Club 3, Burnout 3 and Juiced were the essential racing games for the PS2. I love Underground 1, though I feel like it is outclassed by Midnight Club 3 and Juiced feels more simcade
I did love both juiced games. Not the most realistic things but I like the fact that even it isn't realistic you still have to pay for repairing your car. I have played through this game so damn many times. I like to stay on first class get all parts for the cars and all the cars before I get to another one. I do also like how easy downgrading is op In this game. The nissan xz300 and mitsubishi FTO is op in the first class 🤣 I also love the fact that a car that no one wants (Punto) is op. Even if you max it it is still in the first class that makes it quite op.
bruh with some tips you can easily get 1000rp for every chariter as the 1st thing you should do is host a 12 lap race in your own territory as if you do this later on you earn less rp so doing this as your 1st ackshion is the best benifishle thing to do also get into hosting class 1 sprint events and beet all your money on the viper or the higher skilled driver (normly this works out fine ) then once you get your 1st crew mate race with them all the time so they can skilll up quickly and with these tips you can get all money and all the bi***'s at your feet

Very nice!!
If you want to add ray tracing I can help you.
I added ray tracing to fallout 4 and many other old games.

The most severely underrated racing game out there
Its actually criminal how underrated this game is
Cuz it's bad
@@megadeth8592 objectively speaking it's worse than its competitors but it's still a good game regardless.

Yee, I have a hard time in anything above 600, even with awd
I mean if your skilled enough, the viper is the best rwd and the best car overall in the game.

The first juices game was SSOO sick! Way better than the second game
I would say the only saving grace in the 2nd game is the customization because besides of that, it feels like a downgrade IMO to the first title.

Time's Running Out is an awesome song, brings me back to Twisted Metal 4's 2nd mission
Juiced had nice wheelspin Animations at the time. I remember that sticking out

I always got stuck on RWD cars, because i was a goof 😄
Loved both the Juiced games. Also Juiced 1 introduced me to both the Prodigy and Pendulum with Pendulum's Voodoo People remix so frankly it's a 10/10

It's a NFS Underground clone... but in a good way

how did you get a controller to work on this game?
Man where'd you find a usable copy of the PC version? The only working one I found was riddled with viruses
Download from a safe site.
Thanks for this video.
Juiced 2 more easily than 1st
Just quickly want to throw in, from seeing tons of modded PS2 gameplay for the emulator, I can gladly tell you, Juiced 1 has a reshade mod.
I used to bet my car against Carlos to get his 22B STi and also with Maria's Evo VI
how do you play this game on pc with controller?
The Next game you should play Kuru is Tokyo Extreme Racer Drift 2. It's a fantastic gem of a game.
