I chose fighter pilot, that is all we ever talked about." They ended up trying to get me for years and years. Six showed up to where I worked right before I turned 25 (the max age then). "I still don't want to do it because you were all shady and I have a career and kid now. I'm gonna coach softball, but I could have been your top guy. You didn't even get to my test score before I bounced, but I know it was really good because I know stuff. Unless, of course, you're wiling to pay double what other people get to start and promise to always pay me 3 classes above whatever I'm at in writing" When they changed it to 42 to enter because it's hard to motivate people to go get killed, a Major General called to try again. I mentioned it looked quite my original recruiter was trying to screw me. "Oh, well you got the 3rd highest score that we ever saw on the test. We wanted you for officer training." asked what pay would be- not enough. Sorry, guy, I'm not killing people for that. Really just wanted to fly a jet.
Better than the original mate. Being a disabled Veteran myself, I can positively say there is more emotion in your version than the original song. Well done.

This song always gets me with the feels
I first heard this song, when back in the days my english wasn't that good. But after listening to it a few years later and when I finally did understand the lyrics it became one of my favorite Rise Against songs.
