    this is not the original miller knot. its the strangler knot combined with a transfuxation knot.

      Not a Strangles actually, but a modified Miller's knot. Modified Miller's does not cross the two loops. Both the Millers and strangles cross the second loop over the first.

    Hello Doc Eric Thanks for this suture demo , question - where do you anchor your needle ? posterior or anterior to your miller knot in relation to s.cord cut ?

    Great video. Just want to point out though that this is the modified Miller's knot, not the Miller's knot.
