If you don't need the smart tv features then buying the non smart one will be good ..if you will be using smart tv features then you can chose the smart one

Yes that's a nice option..
You can blindly go for the non smart TV plus Amazon fire stick configuration...as the interface and the features are more in fire tv stick which is very nice.

& Ideal max distance 9.5ft hai
It will be nice only....but if possible you can extend your budget to buy the smart one as it is better in every aspect bit still if you can't extend no problem...No problem in the dish things.
