Its just so YUCKY over there. You may think "Oh, weve been through hurricanes before." Or "It will weaken by the time it gets here" and you have nothing to lose or wrry about, but you could be "dead wrong" Don't wait for the "Cajun Navy" to come save you if something does go wrong. If there is a mandatory evacuation order issued, LEAVE PEOPLE! If you don't, there might not be a next time.
These people had several days notice to evacuate, now other people have to put their lives at risk to save them. I understand not everyone has the means to evac, but so many people who do still stay home. Then they have to be airlifted or taken away by boats a day later, or worse, they die. I think we need to work harder to help the public understand the danger they're putting themselves in, and offer ways to evacuate people who don't have the means to, such as the homeless. What're your thoughts, Reed?
Reed can you PLEASE ASK THEM WHY THEY DID NOT EVACUATE WHEN THEY WERE TOLD TO DO SO A WEEK IN ADVANCE THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THEIR OWN RESCUE. IGNORANCE KILLS!!!!😠😠
I dont feel sorry for those who did not bother to evacuate this happens way to much and they want to play the victims. Nobody should have to rescue anyone if they would have just taken their heads out of their butts and heeded the warnings now Organizations The Cajun Navy have to leave their own families to rescue people who didnt care to save their own butts this is really getting old people.😠😠😠😠😠😠
