nice! Just asking, is the length of the wire given in the manual enough or do I have to add a couple of CMs just to be sure?
For example, when the book calls for 2 * 265 cm, should i cut 265 or 275?

There will be quite a bit left over. Several meters.

Matthew Townsend Thanks! In the manual they said that extra parts will be given for some parts. How many more? 1 or 2?

You'll get a specific number of the special pieces like the motors, elevator parts, base plates, and metal rods, but you'll have several meters of the plastic line left and a few dozen extra little black cross tie pieces and all those little connectors.

Do you receive all the parts? or something missing in the box.... i order now from aliexpress level 9.

I received everything, and even though what I got in the mail was the two halves of the box flattened and wrapped around all the pieces with a bunch of packing tape in a sort of flat tube, nothing was broken or damaged.
My issues have to do with all the fidgeting I've done. If you run it continuously, since a lot of the parts are plastic, things are going to start settling into different configurations. Any tension in the rails, for instance, is going to make the tracks slowly twist out of shape, especially given that the nylon rail material comes curled up in little bundles. When you build it, you're going to be fighting that tension to get track laid out the way it should be, and it takes time for that track to settle. I think the only way I could accelerate the process is to assemble the thing in a very hot space or heat the rails somehow as I placed them.
Pretty much the only part I haven't had to mess with since I built it is the 10x loop. I built that, made sure all the clearances were good so that a marble could make it through, and was planning to come back the next day to play with it some more but it ran perfectly when I tried it then next day.
Right now I'm adding wires and rods I got from the hardware store to realign the vertical supports. After so many months, a lot of them had bent a good several centimeters at the top. The whole assembly generally contracted inward, including the towers. I'm trying to make anything freestanding no longer so.
My suggestion is that you build it, get it running as best you can while sticking to the instructions, and then let it sit for a month or so before trying to make it perfect.
I'm also reworking the elevators. I've got a 15rpm motor that I'm going to be using to drive each elevator. The details are still being worked out, but it will involve GT2 timing belts and pulleys and a couple holes in the elevator gear boxes. A lot of reprap supplies are useful in this endeavor.

Well, the video covers 20 hours. I'm currently working on shoring up various sections with wire and rods, and I've got a 15RPM motor I plan on attaching to the two elevators with MXL timing belts. I don't know how long it will be until it's "done" but I plan to keep tinkering until it can run continuously without having to make adjustments. For instance, I've found a stainless steel wire at my local hardware store that can be used to replace the rail material, but it's really noisy so the whole thing might get a glass case built around it. Eventually, I'd love to have every plastic component swapped out with metal ones.
