Ha ha! Yes, I get that all the time David. And it's really a car you can enjoy just knowing how much power you have without necessarily racing it at every opportunity. The prior owner of the one I have really used it as an everyday day driver and kept up with the maintenance. That's key when you're buying these machines. Thanks for commenting👍
@@taxmanabii yeah I use both of mine as daily . They’re stock automatic and both are Type S. Right now since it’s winter here in the Midwest I drive my 2005 RL👍
The TL has brembo brakes, Limited slip differential, and suspension upgrades...i dont believe the accord has those. I like to think of the manual tl as an accord si... So i would go TL, and i have one
@@thubb6 there is no better combination of looks, reliability, power, suspension performance upgrades, without murdering you at the gas pump...at least at the manual TL price point. Yes fwd kinda sucks, but its fine for a daily, and fwd with an lsd helps in the rain and snow compared to rwd. I would definitely recommend putting top tier all season performance tires on there, is not summer tires. Its worth the extra money for the driving dynamics... I keep michelin ps4 all seasons on mine
@@marcjones744 Man.. you’re right on time with this. I couldn’t decide between Michelin summers or all seasons. I like the idea of traction during the “cruising” months, but having a good balance year round isn’t a bad idea at all. I may go with the PS4 AS now👍👍
One of things that’s unfortunate about driving a TL is the unwanted attention from other drivers that attempt to provoke or attempt you to race you..

If you had to choose: 06 TL w/ 6MT or an ‘06 Accord Sedan V6w/ 6MT? New to Honda. Can’t decide which would be the better buy.

I would even take the manual base over the automatic type s... Of course the manual type s is the holy grail... But good luck finding one
Appreciate it. Just picked an 05 TL, 6MT. Man… these are GREAT cars for the money👍
