- In this video I shared 3 ways by which you can certify your documents for any application abroad, especially for your university applications in Germany.
Again, certification of your documents is part of the requirements checklist for your visa interview.
These are the three ways spoke about in the video:
1. German Embassy
2. Courts of Law
3. Certified Commissioner of Oaths, Lawyers and Judges.

You can't escape certification of documents if only you want to be in Germany for studies because the embassy will ask for it as part of the interview checklist.

I made a lawyer certify my documents and their official stamp has the law firm details, location and number on the stamp and ensdosed with his signature. Will it be accepted as it doesn't have a coat of arms?

Thanks for this. Which documents need certification? Is it only our school certificates and transcripts or are we to certify even motivation letter? Also, how did you send your docs? DHL expensive
You’re welcome. Motivation letter is not certified.
U can use EMS or FeDEX if DHL is expensive for you.

I didn’t pay anything. Some courts do it for free, others charge something small

No you can’t apply with that. You need certification before applying and before interview. It is done twice. Some programs sometimes do accept uncertified documents to be uploaded online though but that’s just 10%, the rest will all request certified documents.

Please, during the process of applying to Darmstadt university, there was a space to upload only degree certificate and passport. Is there a way to edit the application so that I can upload all the documents as a single pdf? The school also said to submit application by post.

Alright I understand your question. You want a way to merge many documents into one right? Write me an email and let me give you the detailed steps in doing that. It’s simple to do so don’t worry

Which page or pages do you certify in academic transcripts? Is it every page or just the first page, or last page?
Also, if you have a spelling mistake in your name or date of birth on your certificate how do you go about it ?
