Nice to get some Accrington connection. Was there a few years ago, watched Stanley lose to Luton, but had a great night at The Crown. Didn't have time to seek out Yes singer Jon Anderson's childhood home, and about there is where my Accrington knowledge ends, I'm afraid. But it seemed to be a nice town.

We played early on a Saturday morning (before the comp) all the members we saw were extremely friendly, course was in excellent condition and a massive shoutout to the pro who made us feel really welcome. That’s what golf is all about!
