    Thanks so much for sharing this Carly, I'm actually 2 years pp with my second son but big baby and small frame really caused major separation and although my fitness work outs going well, my tummy hasnt corrected so I'm going to start this series and get back to basics xxx

    I’m 12 months pp emergency C-section and I NEEDED this. I recently tried another core workout but i struggled with most of the exercises because I really need to start from scratch building my core back 😅

      Thank you Carly. This is my first day doing this at 8 weeks pp from c section. Not looking forward to repeating it everyday if I'm honest lol, but hopefully it will just become routine. ❤

    After fixing it, is it safe to train abs (do crunches, etc.)?
