Back with a new video about biceps training! I have been receiving many questions about how to approach biceps training effectively. There seems to be some confusion around this topic (probably because most people complicate biceps training too much). So I hope this video helps! If you have any questions, let me know in the comments below.
When doing spider curl if I move shoulder bit forward will not activate the long head as long head does weak shoulder flexion. And similarly in incline db curl if I keep my arm parallel to my torso instead of putting behind will not activate the long head as shoulder flexor muscle( including long head) put on tension isometrically. Would be great if you clear my doubts.
Great video again, I currently doing your beginner fullbody routine, but seem to have stalled on my overhead press, do you have tips to push through the plateau?
Thanks! Try training the overhead press in a lower rep range for ~4 weeks. Train it in a 4-6 rep range. You can then experiment with lifting heavier weights.
@@iWannaBurnFat buddy, do you have a video made by you how to do exercises correctly with the instructions of the correct technique written in your pdf book? Thank you.
I've got a question about the 1st exercise (incline biceps curl). It was my 1st time trying it and I freaked out when I felt one of the bones in my arm (ulna) dislocating. Is this normal or was I doing something wrong? It was clicking and I can see it moving so I stopped and did the 2nd exercise for the long head. Ps. I love your videos and the way you show us everything in details.
The weird feeling like the ulna dislocating is not normal. I would be careful with doing the Incline Biceps Curl if you felt discomfort doing this. Perhaps try the Bayesian Biceps Curl instead to train a biceps curl variation with the elbows behind your body. Thanks for the kind words! :)
