Dr. Nicole is the best counselor I've seen on reality TV. Her approach is so understandable. She doesn't over talk situations. She is sharp (but gentle) and precise. If more of us had a therapist like her we'd truly become more self-aware. I just adore her and how she does what she does.

This hit home!! My hubby has never gone to the doctors our entire relationship ( now 13 years). After giving birth to our son, I told him go to the doctors your health is more than important than ever. NEVER WENT. THis May he went to the ER sure to excruciating pain in his back, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 testicular cancer. Now I’m taking care him and my 2 year son while pregnant. His been admitted to the ER twice in the last month; once because he developed a blood clot in his leg and lung and this Friday because we thought he had a seizure. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! It affects everyone!!
