But if you get something nonspecific like “if you buy in the next 5 minutes, you have a chance to win a prize”, that offerer has no obligation to follow through. Also, claiming something is “healthy” isn’t really a problem, at least legally (ethically, maybe). Every brand at the grocery store does it. As long as it’s a nonspecific or subjective claim, it’s not a problem. If he claimed they had 20 grams of calcium and they didn’t, that’s a specific claim and they would need to have 20 grams of calcium (legally).
