Well that explains her big eyes 😅 they’re a lot more round & slightly specific in the details. Not Tim Burton style but I’ve always noticed how round her eyes were compared to the other creatures.
She used to annoy me when I was younger, but as an adult I could see her outgoing personality better. Also, I liked how actively she pursued Tod, even after they had a spat. Lastly, I think Vixey made the ending so much better. Tod could only watch Copper at afar. He would never be able to see him up close ever again. This is why Vixey is like a savior to Tod. She knows that he is hurting because of his relationship with Cooper. And she prevented him from being lonely by staying at his side, choosing to be his mate. Therefore I think that the ending is really bittersweet.
@@Nirrini The only thing I didn't like about her is that she brought out an ugly side to Tod when Tod failed to catch a fish and called her an empty headed female, that was so cringe 😭 like why did they have to add that in
@@tylerpatti9038 I'm not talking about the fault of her character like that but more like, from a writer's perspective they only put her in the movie because they needed him to get a girl it was a weird risky decision to introduce a new character an hour into the movie and suddenly, our main character becomes unlikable because of it
Ok, so sorry to rain on anyone’s parade here. I love Tim Burton’s work and I thought this was cool fact. But sadly, this fact isn’t true. According to the Burton on Burton book, Tim said that he couldn’t succeed at animating for this movie because whenever he tried to mimic the “disney style” his drawings always “looked like roadkill”. He said he was given a lot of far away shots and that none of his work really made it into the movie. I don’t know why the video has the “grew to like her” quote. I don’t think that quote came from anywhere and it seems that this whole fact came from the imdb trivia. Considering how there’s no source where this quote came from or any interview, it is most likely fake. However it’s true that he was given the Vixey character to animate. He said: “Imagine drawing a cute fox with Sandy Duncan’s voice for three years…. I couldn’t do it-which was probably a good thing.” Lmao
Well, she showed him how to make it in the wild, for starters. Prior to having met Vixey and after Tod was released by Widow Tweed, Tod had had zero experience with the wilderness up to that point of the movie.
Another fun fact: Henry Selick, the director of Nightmare Before Christmas (no, it was not Tim Burton), was one of the animators for the bear attack sequence towards the end
In Woke World, Fox would be a played by an female Elephant who identifies as a male fox and Vixie would be played by a 55 year old overweight man from Palm Springs who identify as a female fox.
This scene always has its way of calling me single & lonely
Same bro
Bro his face when she got all close 😭
Bro was enjoying it a little way too much
😂
AYY to the YOO
Shew just the right amount
He really grew to appreciate the lady 😉
Vixey's a fox. 🔥 🦊
Yes she is a female fox making her a vixen.
It's the female name for a fox.
@@Mario-kl8yq Vixey is Tod’s girl friend. She is a vixen.
@@danielledewitt1 I know that I don't know if the top comment knows.
@@Mario-kl8yq So I noticed. I clicked the reply to the top comment but youtube decided it was you I was replying too and I hadn’t noticed.
That's why I always loved vixey.
Tim Burton animated Vixey in Fox and Hound Disney

No wonder I loved this movie
I found out about Tim Burton being an animator for this movie years ago
Ngl Vixey pissed me offfff 😭💀
why lol😂
The only possible reason I can think of was that a love interest was so out of nowhere because Tod and Copper's friendship was too good

I love the film the Fox and the hound.
Wow Tim Burton!
I absolutely adore the fox and the hound
I love Tod & Vixie together. I mean
I love Good & Vixie together
You mean Todd
Same with The Horned King from The Black Cauldron.

I was so invested into the movie... untill she showed up. Then i skiped to the end. What purpose did she even have?!
Be the love interest, partner and next part of life for protagonist Todd.
For the film to be straight
And for fox lovers to like it and to add more glory if she wasint there tod would be dead then no the fox and hound 2 nothing else would be made

Vixey is a great girl.
👍🗿 tier list
does anyone happen to know exact shots he animated?
I remember seeing the fox 🦊 and the hound when, I was 6 years old.
I sware to god if disney mess with this one 😢
I didn't know that Tim Burton make this movie
Fuck this.... I'mma wreck it
?
I can't believe they didn't credit the amazing Tim Burton. Another reason to hate Disney.
Yes I did.
I blame this film for furries
Literally came to comment this
Call that collateral damage for an incredible film
fear us
Nah I blame the lion king and Zootopia
The fox and the hound, bambi, and balto were inspirations for modern furries.
Cute
I hate Vixsey 😢 but I love Todd and Copper ship
Why is the owl from winnie the pooh here?
That's a different owl
So amazing
Really?
