I was unsure about cheng gong at the start. Now I love Chen gong. The only thing that’s not 5 star about him is the 2 bronze stars on his gold grailed card
As someone who actually built and uses blackbeard regularly, you're severely underestimating the amount of damage he actually does. Level 90 blackbeard easily does over 100k damage per enemy even without any supports and can do over 200k with merlin's help
Don't get mad at me but that's kind of odd.
My lvl 90, max skilled, max atk fou-ed, NP4 Zerklot can only do 130k-168k per enemy at the final wave with 2 Skadis.
Mind you he gets atk up for 3 turns per NP fire which makes Zerklot have x3 atk up and x2 def down from 2 Skadis.
Also iirc Quick has a higher NP damage scale compared to Buster so I am quite surprised with blackbeard dealing 100k "on average" let alone 200k with Merlin.
Huh and here i thought you’d be doing atleast 80k, musta been doing mlb black grail. Cuz my np 3 artoria can merely do 98k by herself on lancer enemies.
oi i use blackbeard solo hes lvl 80 and 10/10/10 and he uses aerial drive and he does 300k on average honestly hes stronger than hes let off to be hes tanky hits like a truck and has hella support dont see why he is in pls buff when even before grails his damage was already really good...
also ya dont need black grail to be stupid with blackbeard even when his skills werent maxed 190k - 200k were still there for me honestly his placement was disappointing...
@@acnologi1115 ah you must be counting dmg against 3 targets total which is 1/3 each, if you just hit one target wth the aoe np you’ll come down to only 65k~ per target dmg if you’re saying you hit for 190k~200k.

Nobukatsu is his own tier. He’s very reliant on having a Nobu ally, and for those joining late (like me), that means no free Nobunaga. But oh god the benefits. He’s essentially like a mosquito, where they’re completely reliant on mammals but OH MY GOD HOW IS THIS WORKING? So you know what? Mosquito tier.

@@FurrySupportMain He probably won't get any significant buffs because of his lore. From the little I understand about the Fate franchise, Angra Mainyu is supposed to be the weakest Servant. I think he is role in FGO is to be a novelty rather than an actually good playable character.
@@Cyber-kq4hv Yeah, as far as I know, he was summoned by Einzberns during 3rd holly grail war and died very quickly going into grail itself and corrupting it - we see the end result in Fate/Zero 4th holly grail war.
As for summoning him... well I've been playing FGO for 2 years now, I spent more than few millions FP and still no Angry Manju :)

EX+ is reserved for absurd Characters that are always good.
EX is for Characters that can be replaced by higher rarity options but are insanely good for their rarity.
Both EX, and EX+ are basically 4-5 Star characters.
S is the top tier of Low rarity ignoring the outliers. They're equal to Low tier 4 Stars, to high tier 3 Stars.
A is the High quality Servant that don't make it to S. Many of them require nearly no investment.
B Average
C below Sanson below Average, Sanson is the gate keeper of B tier.
D Phantom
Conditionals
Nobuketsu Ex if you have a Nobu.
Asterios EX against all Boss that AOE Multihit 3 times a turn.
Paris Ex if you can use his gimmick.
Bartholomew Ex if against Common enemies.
Caligula C tier if not paired with Asterios under Asterios Niche
Charlotte only good during her Niche, and if RNG favors you. Otherwise lower.
Notes Eric require Lv 65 to be viable earning his rank due to sheer ease of access. EX
No way, George is the best out of all of them. Literally still use him because no other 5 star servant can give me that type of support

F2P farming team. Cheng Gong + Spartacus + Arash + Whatever. First wave, use Arash. Second wave, Cheng Gong sacrifices someone. Third wave, SPARTACUS NP with Cheng Gong buffs.
This is very nearly what I use already, all of them are definitely solid for easy farming
plus, Spartacus is a first category servant for farming for his buffs and his rank up give you around 8 or 10 servants
Just to help with Caligula case(although he still needs a buff), his Skill and NP seal are 3 turns. Not 1 turn or one time, that 3 turns. You can easily make him NP then kill him after, maybe with Chen Gong or Taunts. NP seal also denies them Gauge per turn, so he can really stall.
Asterios+Caligula against Multihit AOE normal attack bosses. If you can get both looping then they can basically render the enemy completely incapable of defending themselves.

Chen Gong with a starting star drop
use chen 1 and 2 skill on Gareth while Caligula uses his NP to seal their skills making sure the enemy will hit Gareth charging his skill.
then after the enemy has skill seal for 3 turns change Caligula (or use him as a bullet idk) and proceed to get the second taunt in Gareth for the second Chen and she will have over 120% ATK BUFF.
in that time Gareth will have not that much hp so use his 3rd skill and second chen 2nd skill
so Gareth will have *OVER 180 DMG BUFF*
if that doesnt seem enough after that turn use Gareth 1st skill to get crit stars + the two chen gong 3 skill
that means Gareth will have over 180% buff alongside a 100% Buster Buff + Crit Ensure + DMG UP FOR THE CHALDEA CODE YOU'RE USING (i reccomend chaldea combat uniform for this one) + A REALLY POSSIBLE GARETH BUSTER CHAIN!
*THAT MEANS THAT YOU WILL HAVE THE BIGGEST LOW RARITY NUKE HUMANLY POSSIBLE AND DON'T* *FORGET SHE IS A 2* SO, NP5 ENSURED + OVERCHARGE FOR THE COMMAND SEALS*

I think you massively overrated dps and underrated support. Paris and regend are terrific servants for their rarity but they very quickly get outclassed by any higher rarity options. The only exceptions are chen gong and arash, and I guess Jason to a much lesser extent. Meanwhile servants like george or Mozart see huge utility value even for mature accounts. Utility servants like them far outstrip the value of vanilla dps like Charlotte.
he puts charlotte up there because she negs the meta of the jp server where apparently the boss stack defenses to the point that you can't really do anything about
@@dimensionvisitor7689 The thing is pierce defense and pierce invul are fairly common, and on much more powerful damage dealers, that will hit a rider harder even on neutral. Pierce defense is actually very common and in fact is kind of a junk bonus effect since it solves only a very limited problem, which is why it's also a very common tack on. Moreover it's often possible to get pierce for a dps from an outside source anyways, such as the infant of atlas CE. In assassin class itself there is Shiki and Emiya, who both are significantly better Arts ST dps that also have it. So...there's still no place for Charlotte. And I want Charlotte to work, but she just has nothing very special at all. Even if Charlotte didn't suffer the damage loss from being a low star, her kit is just not good, like at all.
Tbf on Charlottle tho, she can ignore both invil and def while being able to remove evade, also she can insta-kill.
So she has quite alot of uses despite being a 1star, even if its quite common to get the same buffs.
Plus, I believe she's meant to help fps by being a budget servant.
@@Rieras Instant kill is worthless against every meaningful target, so it's a trash effect. Being able to pierce both def and invincible is a nice combo, if she had the power and consistency to actually get high damage and break bars turn over turn with it. Since she doesn't and struggles to even hit good numbers on her one burst, she's just not good. Utility is great, but you need it on top of a minimum performance floor as far as damage and repeatable consistency to make it worth the trade off. Otherwise, you're better off with a higher power servant and using your spare slots for the missing utility. I would choose Hundred Faces with a pierce invul or def CE over Charlotte with a damage CE every time. And that's just the FTP comparison.

angra mainyu being a terrible servant is kinda his thing, i'm glad he's bad lol
I'd like to point out that now with the 6th anniversary features, Arash, with a MLB Demonic Bodhisattva and just the second append skill set at 1 (or non MLB Demonic Bodhisattva and his battery maxed), it relies much less on MLB IE and Scope.

Arash's NP isn't exactly like... An extra damage mod. It only activates if your first/regular hit of Stella doesn't kill them, so then it adds a second hit which does a portion of the first hit's damage.
For example, if you have him at NP5 his NP multiplier is 1200%. His overcharge 3 gives him a 400% multiplier, so if let's say you don't kill them with the original hit, the 2nd hit added will deal 1/3rd of the 1st hit's damage as extra damage. So if the first hit does 60k, with overcharge 3 the second hit will do an additional 20k for a total of 80k.
So I mean *technically* it's a damage mod I guess? But I wouldn't say it's exactly like that cause it just gives you a second hit for the NP that does a portion of the first one's, it doesn't really multiply with other attack buffs etc. Same thing goes for Chen Gong's NP I'm pretty sure. Obviously they're both still GODLY, but I just wanted to make a note

Angra Mainyu is canonically the weakest servant so it makes sense for lore reasons.
I liked the video and your reasoning but I would still go with your initial reaction with George as a 5* in disguise and my boy Asterios being Very Solid. Also now I'm going to go level some of my lower rarity servants after your suggestions.

When I made that point I was talking specifically about getting hit in reference to the Tristan strategy. That's why I said I caught myself since I was more talking about the buff to NP gain on defense lol

Bartholomew NP DOESN'T do extra damage to "Bronze servants", the extra damage is to "Bronze Enemies" this includes both servants and mobs.
That's his niche, bronze mobs farming, especially in events where some bronze enemies can get ridiculous health

Chen God really needs his own tier. he's that stupidly good.
You must really like Sanson to put him in mid. I like him aswell and maxed him and used him to bond 10, but damn he's bad. His first and last skill don't do anything in most of the fights, his NP hits like a wet noodle because of his absolutely terrible attack stat (2nd lowest in the game, only above Spartacus but he is a berserker) and 0.9 assassin modifier, and his cards are a mess aswell. He has 3 2-hit quick cards with his buster np, the quick cards lower his damage even further and he doesn't gain much np from them either. He really really needs some help, probably more than any other servant on the list.
I been playing for 3 weeks and i already got Angra Mainyu. I wish he was actually worth it for being so rare. His art is hella cool thats about it

For the future videos, Rarity-Class would be a good choice for multiple, shorter videos. If you want to do fewer, but longer videos maybe try Rarity-type(Arts, buster, quick).
I think the Myst style of checking all the specs of the servant before placing is not a great way to make an entertaining tier list video and comes across as unprepared. I prefer the Honako style of placing the servants beforehand and justifying the placements.
It's just how I prefer to go through things, I usually have an idea of where I want to put people on the list though. This is more of a habit that I started on the other channel though

Ruler Georgios: Makes Evil enemies dragons, does mega damage vs dragons, keeps Guardian Knight skill to make him nearly unkillable, probably a bunch of other shit too. Honestly, Georgios is practically the embodiment of the Ruler class so it would be doing him dirty to make him anything other than a welfare Ruler or an SSR Ruler

Side note about George, Bond CE on George is only worth it at lv1 or lv65 since if you take him to lv100 you want him to stick around and something like Kirei Abs' 20% Def will give you MUCH more value than giving him his bond CE.

My spartacus is almost bond 10 lol grailed him to 80 hes in almost every farming nodes along with Arjuna hes just super nice.. fast animations too
Not to mention you need Bond level 10 just to unlock his interlude that gives his 2nd skill his buff.

Disagree on Bartholomew. Imho hes a very good f2p Support for jalter. He Provides Stars and gives her even more crit dmg. Paired with a mlb Victor of the Moon and she does ridiculous amounts of damage
I feel like Angra either needs more guts effects to his skills and/or add an effect on death.
Hell if he had a unique effect that literally kept him alive while he is in his NP state, even if he has no hp just so he can get off his NP before really dying, that would be nice
I can attest that a bond 10, grailed (level 80, skills 6/6/6) Angra Manyu can be situationally powerful. He carried me through two of Kiara's break bars in the CCC rerun by being a nigh-unkillable cockroach.
Leonidas' NP gain skill does also apply to his atk NP gain rate
I got NP4 Angry Mango before I got a single copy of ChenGo. His rates feel worse than an SSR.

Blackbeard is kinda mid actually, very good AoE crit-rider support, but he would love a buff for sure.
you either heavily overrated Kojiro or heavily underrated cursed arm. He has a better survival skill, a stronger crit buff not tied to his survival skill, 500 more attack, an on demand starbomb with a follow up, and a 3 hit quick card meaning he can outdo Kojiro's hard limit of 6 stars per card and has even stronger NP gain. Regend should at best be ranked evenly with CA.
only thing Hassan of the cursed arm has over Kojiro is survivability, and that's it. Kojiro has better dmg in all aspects due to his 10% quick debuff, even if Hassan has better crit buff its only 10% difference while Kojiros posible 80% quick down, and maybe Hassan can generate a bit more star but its not that big of a deal, and beside dmg Kojiro have ignore evasion, star absorbtion which helps a lot in teams, and he can remove all debuffs. I love both Kojiro and Hassan but i think that Kojiro is better

I’ve used Gareth and it’s really not that much. If instead of just stacking a set attack up it worked like angry mango’s counter then maybe but as now she’s just a budget lancer. Good for newbies but not much more

Actually Bartholomy deals extra damage against bronze enemies, not just servants, which makes him a little mit more valuable than you give him credit for... Still not too powerful, but at least useable for farming... Maybe

I pair leonidas with vlad extra. They give me decent star gen and keep my main damage servant safe for several turns.

I have NP4 Angra and I think the damage of his NP used to be the same as NP1. Don't know if it's a bug or whatever and since I was absent like one year from the game take it with a grain of salt. However I would be glad of someone from NA could confirm this. Thanks in advance.
Angra enjoys getting spanked by enemies when he has his NP. So if you have him hit hard enough, he can hit decently enough. Plus the damage he deals is true damage, meaning that whatever defense the enemy has stacked up wouldn't matter.
Too bad he folds so easily, so it's not entirely worth using Angra-
There's no 20% buff success CE. Highest you can is 15% from LMB

You don't even need to strength S3. If he's got Kscope, it works at Level 1. If you have MLB Element, Level 6 will work and you can use your Kscope of someone else (like Chen Gong).

@@crispypata yeah the first week I played I got him and okitan on the same day and the week after I got waver.
I honestly think Leonidas is more useful than George in a fair number of situations, IMO Leonidas is better before you get George to Bond 10. I think George's Bond CE pushes him ahead a bit but Leonidas/Merlin is such a potent combo for supporting a buster DPS in boss fights as Leonidas' NP gain + merlin battery and NP/HP regen basically lets him have 100% taunt uptime until he dies (which takes some time as he is a literal brick shithouse).
Ironically Angra Mainyu was one of the first things I pulled from Friend Point Summon back when I started, and not too long after got him to NP2, but haven't seen a hint in the years since. I finally just got him up to Bond 10, but I didn't know about the buff to the third skill, so thanks for that. Do you happen to know if the NP as it is works if you have invincible on him? Maybe if you could tank an enemy NP he might do reasonable damage back.

For "5 star in disguise" vs "Very Solid," I would sy the question is, would you Grail this servant up to l vl 90 (or lvl 100).
His NP deals damage proportional to the amount of damage he takes after transforming. Or more accurately, to the difference between his initial hp that turn and his final hp at the end of the turn. Meaning that if your defense is high enough, or if you use evade/invincibility, or if you pop a guts that brings you even 1 hp over what you had at the beginning of the enemy turn, you're gonna deal 0 damage.
I would really like to see your opinions on the 3 stars I never noticed how very few Bronze servants we really had

Mozart is on par if not better than Hans. If Gareth somehow managed to get "5 stars in disguise" then both Mozart and Leonidas should be up there
My main issue is that I want to keep Hans around, where I don't want Mozart to be there after he drops his buffs. He's very good as a pump and dump but I see Hans as a FTP support caster that can somewhat compete with the actual main supports. Mozart doesn't hit me the same way but if you do value the pump and dump strats that he allows then I can see why you would place him that high.
Leonidas can either just barely get in there or barely stay out, I really don't have any complaints about his kit but it just felt fitting to keep him and George in the same tier as taunt walls that offer offense/defense respectively.
@@ZTL it kind of depends on what you are playing against imo. Andersen is a way better staller/long fight servant while mozart is a big burst of dmg but it's a really impressive one which can result in various advantages from the chonky crits turn 1. Leonidas is a bit peculiar but i'd rather him higher than Gareth mainly because he can be quite a good wall which also stargens a lot with the np and his quick cards and, if you give him his bond CE and use his 3rd skill he basically makes a REALLY nice support for easily killable buster servants, while Gareth for me is reeeeeally overhyped. She deals some dmg and she is cute, yes, but it stops there

I too dislike the myst style tierlist. The way he does it, is he show's the actual list for 1 second, and just lingers on the servants page all the time. Even when you skip to the end, He doesnt show the whole thing but keeps scrolling up and down. Anyway, I just wanted to say that a long list like this is better for a stream probably. And That I prefer the Honako style. Still watched the whole thing tho
