ETH is the man for the job as the other two managers with credentials that are arguably world class managers had similar results when it comes to trophies and with this squad the majority of players are not ETH’s buys and to be fair I don’t think ETH is going anywhere as who’s going to replace him as the only manager that could replace him is Ancelotti and the only person that could replace him is Klopp as Pep wouldn’t go to Real Madrid!

it's not just about the backroom staff m8... it's down to the players themselves as well... how they manage their bodies, are they consume alcohol in a regular basis, did they practice yoga, did they perform recovery prog as ice bath & etc... after coming back from injury, are they really fully fit before declaring to the doctors & manager that they had minor setbacks & all... it's a collective responsibilities m8... now tell me why Bruno, Dalot & Garnacho who played all out everytime they played, not injured?

With the amount of transfer activity United needs to do this summer, pushing the Ten Hag decision until December or even until the end of next season isn't a bad idea. Managers can be changed mid season, players only in transfer windows. In my opinion we need to use the window focused on players out and in.

INEOS may be planning to give Ten Hag until the international break in Nov and view it as win-win. So:
- if Ten Hag has a very good first third of the season, they can keep him under review
- if not, they can replace him. But if they do at that point they’ll save themselves about £5m (ie 50% of the compensation fee for Ten Hag and his coaching team)
I think they might also seek an understanding with Tuchel that he might wish to keep himself available until the international break in November. That would be the time to bring in a new manager IF Ten Hag continues to underwhelm.

They will then replicate them and inject them in all our players and with the use of microchip implants, will be managed remotely by Fergie's subconscious. This way, we won't need either Tuchel or Ten Hag.
So give ETH funds to sign his own players, and then give him 3 months to get these players working together before binning him off and getting another manager who doesn't want those players?

IF it all completely implodes for United over the next 4 games ending with a mauling in the Cup Final, THEN of course Ten Hag is not going to survive beyond end of this season.
I think Erik Ten Hag should take this opportunity at Bayern. He deserves better than this bunch of unmotivated slobs that we call our United team. A single performance doesn't change the fact he called his boss a liar after ETH did everything in his power to try help the kid by sending him on a personalised fitness and mental health retreat to try help him out and he did fuck all except thrown it back in the managers face. He's got the talent but not the work ethic or mentality to be a Utd player. There's also talks of him not looking after himself when he was at Utd staying up until all hours playing video games with Phil Foden of all people. No surprise that Foden was in and out of The city team then but since Sancho has gone back to Germany Foden has become arguably the best player in the league. If we get 40/50m for Sancho I'd take it and put that money into developing Amad and Pellistri who've both shown more desire in the few cameo appearances than Sancho had in 2 or 3 seasons

Non contact injuries are typically from muscles which means over training or over stretching. Either the players are being overworked or not used to this level of training.

Also it"d give them the chance to bring Sancho back.
