Well I thought SpongeBob and Sandy's solos were excellent.
Well at least in the 5th song they got it right and used an alto clarinet*
1:16 Squidward may be bad at the clarinet, but he’s the king of the sax.
2 years late but I just got the game and wondered to myself:
“What if his clarinet skills don’t suck his clarinet just got more worn out?”
I especially thought this after realizing he shreds it in one of the first episodes.
And also the Christmas special.
I think squidward has the best solo he has really improved on his clarenet skills

Part 1: The main theme to the show, styled like a sea shanty, complete with xylophone solo from Mr. Krabs.
Part 2: A hard hitting rock piece, with a killer guitar solo from Spongebob.
Part 3: A smooth, upbeat piece of jazz, where Squidward gets to show off his clarinet skills (his clarinet ends up sounding more like a saxophone, but it's awesome nonetheless).
Part 4: A somber, yet still pretty lively rock ballad piece. Patrick absolutely goes to town on the drums here.
Part 5: A swingin', up-tempo ragtime number. Plankton takes the solo here, with an absolutely amazing performance on the keyboard.
Part 6: The main theme to the game, as triumphant and action packed as ever. Sandy lets loose with a short, but sweet guitar solo on this one.
Lights, Camera, Pants is such an underrated game. This music is so amazing!

Yep, and I think the part of the song featuring Patrick's solo is a remix of the Lights, Camera, Pants theme. Squidward and Plankton's songs sound very similar to each other as well; just a different tempo and rhythm.

Kind of wish in the game they went ahead and put the 2 characters you didn't pick so that way you could hear their instruments.
Actually, I wish they had eight characters instead of six, so you could play the mini-game twice with two totally different sets of instruments.

I've had this song stuck in my head like the song that was stuck in SpongeBob's head that one episode. I gotta say, the full ending makes me wanna cry it's so good.

This was probably my favorite mini game back then. 1:38, for Squidward’s part, my cousin made up lyrics when we were kids lol. They went like:

I tried to sing your cousin's lyrics in whisper. I liked it lol

I absolutely love Plankton in this game, all his personality and music.
This part of the game made me and my sisters become musicians. So much childhood memories in this song alone. I always chose plankton because his solo was the best in my eyes or should I say ears

my rank from worst to best (my opinion) :
6- Mister krabs : His song really fits his character but i just don't really like, but sure not bad.
5- Patrick : I liked everything in his part, but i just don't like his solo. Compared to mister krabs, i don't really like and dislike his song, but patrick i rlly liked his music, except his solo.
4- Sandy : same than patrick, but even better ! there's not alot of thing to say for her solo, her solo is like the song, nothing really changed. But i liked her music.
3- Plankton : I love his keyboard, it sound just so good. When we come to the drop (solo), his keyboard starting to make some jazz music, and it just really nice to hear. (Btw, if sandy made a better solo, she would probably be number 3. Too bad)
2- Spongebob : Okay, this one is just awesome. We start quietly for the beginning then at the end, we make a totally fire music. This is what sandy should have made, a dope thing for the end. Spongebob made a really really nice performance on this one.
1- Squidward : This squid boi was so good, that his instrument wasn't even a clarinet. That man has mastered the clarinet, and now can make some saxophone with it. I can't explain why I put #1, cuz its obvious ! That was so groovy, so nice to listen to. I was literally vibing cuz this was so good. Best song ever, take da crown !
Plankton's reminds me of Banjo Kazooie.

Sandy's part is not actually the bass one, nor Patrick's is the main drums. As the bass and drums are still there in their absence. They play rhythm guitar and additional percussion, respectively.

sandy’s solo couldve had way more potential but its just a loud distorted version of the rhythm guitar. i know its supposed to be like that but i cant even hear it in game.
