You have to register with the VA. FMP. The office is in Denver. Hospital Biblica is working directly with the VA for other regular Veterans issues including CnPs

Hospital Biblica is actually tied in with the VA. They are set up to do CnPs and everything. Contact them for details. It is within the last year.
