The Manufacturing Academy, a no-cost 10 week pre-apprenticeship program designed by AJAC, helps adults develop job-ready skills in advanced manufacturing through classroom learning and hands-on projects.

Each individual that enrolls in this program has a different life situation. Some are looking for a career change where as others need a new outlook on life. Regardless of their reasoning, AJAC fully supports each student to become the best versions of themselves in an effort to grow the pipeline of qualified workers in the manufacturing industry.
