Can any one tell me how it is possible to have a life and play this game for atleast an hour without pissing? thanks.
I put in over 20 hours this weekend and havnt even explores 10% of the map yet. It’s crazy how massive and how detailed this world is. It blows my mind every time I go to a new area
@@solidsnake6206 That's why you gotta just avoid most of the side missions, otherwise it becomes a grind. I try to only do the core missions. I'll do a side if it is near a main objective or seems interesting but that's it.
I'm 133 hours in and im only at level 49. But I am enjoying the game so much that I am exploring everything and doing all the quests. It's an amazing game to get lost in.

You get in this mindset to head out and start this one mission, but you get distracted by a couple dozen bounty hunters, some cultists, some massive battles, general location exploration and other large fortress takeover. 2 hours later, you realise you haven't finished that mission that you set out to do eons ago lol 😂
Ubisoft and EA are companies that all hated few years ago. It's incredible how different directions they have taken. Ubisoft is redeeming itself in player's eyes and their games are something I'm really looking forward to these days, and EA is just becoming more and more scummy and their games have been awful for quite some time now.

Pro tips not mentioned in the video: -> Get and upgrade the healing ability. -> First thing to do when infiltrating a fort is to set a trap to the alarm. -> Control your anger and just run away when civilians try to fight you.
When you are high enough level with proper gear specs/abilities and skill you can safely Gank civilians that try to fight you, I do it all the time, mercs are easy to kill so long as you specialize your gear right
I'm personally hoping for vikings, if they're continuing with the whole "major ancient civilizations thing." China would be super cool too, but idk if they'll do that again since they just did the Adventures game in China
Update: I can say from playing this game over 80 hours at level 50 that i am very impressed. I thought Origins was a beautiful game but Odyssey takes it up a notch. Also the map is way bigger than Origins. By the time i complete the whole game i might put close to 100 hours. 10/10!
Same here, as someone who hardly has time to play video games I’m very picky on what games I choose to get. This was no where near my radar until I saw some reviews. Ended up picking it up and absolutely love it.
2 minutes in and you're already incorrect. The white and black diamonds don't indicate new missions available or a different type of mission, they indicate mission locations for non-tracked missions. In other words, every mission for which you have a marker will always show the marker on the map, but until you are tracking that mission, they will only show up as a white and black diamond. The diamond with the exclamation mark is the indicator of all new missions other than timed missions, represented by the hourglass.
You are mistaken, He is right that the plain diamond is a marker for quests not followed but obtained, the diamonds with split arrow, x or hour glasses are the small side quests not started! the ! are the main side quests! The video was incorrect on the plain diamonds and you are mistaken in your response to Zansi that was trying to correct the mistake!
Also, Spartan kick deals non lethal damage. If u want to recruit a crew member, use it on them when they have low health. It’ll knock them down and you’ll be able to recruit them after the fight.
Odyssey is the first Assassins creed game i havent stopped played just after a couple of hours, Odyssey i got around 70+ hours in now and still enjoying the game. This game being an rpg is so much better.
I use it every chance I get haha. The best is off a tall platform or a huge cliff, so rewarding to watch them fall all the way down and then explode in XP points 😂😂
One more tip that I notice. When you have the 5th piece of a Legendary set, the other 4 will auto level up to match with the item level of the 5th piece. SO don't level up any of legendary set piece because it will cost you lot lot of material.
Pro tip #3: The healing skill is a must. If you are wondering why you die so much in wars, its probably because you aren’t smashing parry, dodge, and heal enough.
I wish there was an "allegiance" system where you gain levels by siding with either of the two factions. For example: Level 1: Base level. Soldiers of the faction act normal around you and all restricted areas remain restricted. Level 2: after siding one to two conquests with them, the soldiers feel more comfortable around you. They will no longer show hostility when you're standing near them. Level 3: after 2-3 conquest battles with them (stacked with the previous ones if you didn't betray the faction) you now have some sort of military power in the area. Outposts of the faction are now no longer restricted. Military bases and leader houses remain restricted. bounty hunters of the faction have a chance to ask you for help with great rewards. Soldiers of the friendly faction will also do the same and can now be recruited/a companion for some duration. Level 4: Completely unrestricted access in friendly regions. After 5 consecutive battles with the same faction, the soldiers of the faction now see you as a hero. Sometimes, when you visit military bases, some soldiers will run up and give some "offerings" to you. They can now be permanantly recruited. When you commit atrocities in friendly regions, there is a good chance that the soldiers will ignore it. Even if they notice you, they would give you a chance to tell you to stand down. Bounty hunter bars will also not rise when said action is performed.
That would be amazing. I would also add special quests to defeat Athens. If your are for sparta you will have to do a lot of them. And I would also add the disguise system. If you equip athenian armour you can roam the restricted areas and etc.
@@danielantony1882 that's YOUR opinion on the modes level of difficulty. I do not skip dialogues I just think it made the game feel a bit more challenging while you kept checking your map to track your destination.
Robb Y: I’m not sure if it’s just broken for me or what, but I have map markers no matter which mode I’m in. I play in exploration mode but I still see markers on my map.
@@georgerobertson1054 hey bud yeah I noticed that as well. They only fully take advantage of the feature with certain missions otherwise you can still see most markers. I forced it to go a step further in the options menu under the HUD options and shut off all markers and tips.
also i feel like most people dont know this: if youre on fire you can role on the ground to put it out (you role with holding down space or whatever the dodge button is)
For the longest time, I didn’t realize you could change the look of any piece of armor to look like whatever you want. So you don’t need to look for that specific piece that you like the look of on your character, you can just use your best piece of armor you have and make it look like what you want. I can’t be the only one that figured this out like 20 hrs into the game lol
Sometimes, when you accept a mission from the mission board, it can hard to know where the mission goal is on the map. What i do is: Select the mission so that it starts appearing on the screen If you twirl around, the golden mission symbol will appear on the compass at the top of the screen Walk towards it open the map Your character is represented on the map by a golden arrow Because you walked towards the mission, the golden arrow will be pointing towards the mission. Then it's just a matter of drawing a line on your screen with a big black felt-tip pen
Pro tip#2: Spartan kick is better used for interrupting your opponent before they start their unblockable/red kill moves. You can lock alot of mercenaries and bosses up with this and take MUCH less damage. It’s also good after your opener, if you knock them down, you can just go right back into your opener.
Yes, the save button is my saving grace lol. When you're taking over a fortress and 5 high level bounty hunters are attacking you all at once. After you finish off the 2 dozen other guards in the base you finally have one bounty hunter left to defeat; and then they kill you and you have to re-do everything you've just spent the last 15 minutes doing.
If you're more into assassinating, you should get the Death Veil ability. Once you assassinate an enemy, they'll disappear and won't be detected, so bounty hunters won't come after you.
the best Game Ever played!!! level of detail is just overwhelming, I started playing 2-3 weeks ago, and totally engaged on it. I can play it for 2-3 years easily.

@@dregee874 I actually started the game again a couple months ago. The first time I finished the game I spent 180 hours completing it to get the platinum trophy. So far I'm currently at 60 hours in and pretty much explored everything apart from that southern landmass/ Pephka and all of the left side of the map. And maybe half way through the story. I forgot how big some of the missions are lol. It was just the other night I was playing pretty late and decided to smash out one more mission, the mission went for over an hour haha.
Never thought i'd say this..i was wrong..ever since this game came out i was telling myself "i ain't playing it its not even assasins creed anymore!" And blah blah blah after a few days i give it a try..guess what i am totally enjoying it! Better than origins! Bigger map more challenging and more!!! Forgive me folks i was wrong 😭😭
Truth honestly I feel like ac is upgraded cause back when ac 1 came out and u could roam between cities there wasn’t much to do but now Ubisoft switched it up added quests etc I feel like they are going in the right direction it’s just they need to give time for their games to be more polished and tweak the mechanics some more

DON'T IGNORE THE SMALL SIDE QUESTS! Doing small side quests are a great way to climb the levels at all points of the game. The more you do, the faster you level up, and the more challenging enemies you can face as a result.
-Extended dodge (roll) removes fire from you -You can stand up on a horse while riding it by holding Space(or LB on gamepad), you can then jump off in a direction you choose -You are invulnurable while using abilities -You can never die from falling
Tip: When attacking a Fort make sure you go to the fire signal first and trap it. This disables reinforcements AND kills whoever tries to use it, including yourself if you choose to do try to light it by hand.
The most crazy attention was when i kicked off an enemy from roof he died on fall and another enemy came and investigated the body an said *must've died from falling*
Something that took me a while to figure out is that you could throw bodies. I kept having trouble dropping bodies off walls until I held the “draw bow” button while carrying a body. I was then able to toss it a short distance. No one likes bodies littering a fort to be discovered later. Maybe body tossing was a thing in other Assassin’s Creed games, but this is my first time playing one.
One ability that is a must have is Ring of Chaos. Used with fire or poison spreads it to all enemies that Ring of Chaos hits, and it's quite damaging and effective.
The Sparta kick is so addictive just in battle too. It looks so much more epic fighting a high level guard, and just giving them a hard kick to the floor.
I'm someone who hasnt properly played ac since ac 3. Coming back to this game feels crazy, they've definitely turned the series into what feels like a proper rpg. And they seem to have done it well.
Another point about engravings is, you can equip legendary or custom engravings onto standard gear. Search through the engravings list in your inventory to find what you want. Getting a 100% dmg boost to your assassin dmg is pretty vital for an assassin
Once you get purple gear, there is no real use for keeping any lower rarity of that item type. SOME legendary items are parts of sets, so there are some cases where purple might be more viable, especially if the bonus attributes for the purples tailor more towards your style. Long story short, once you get purple of a specific item type, dismantle all common and rare (blue) of that type.
1. You can light up arrows from braziers for fire damage 2. You can't save in restricted areas, but you can exit, save and get back in 3. You can release animals from cages to keep guards busy 4. Loot caches before burning
I got to the point that mercenaries aren’t all that scary So I keep a 5 point wanted level and fight them all for an awesome challenge One throwing fire bombs One throwing stink bombs A brute swinging an axe It makes for an awesome fight
I just started playing ACO about a week or so ago and i must say, Ubisoft is really coming up in the world with their graphics! I love the option of playing as a man or a woman and all the new choices they give you to play the game the way you choose! I'm playing in exploration mode because it's just more fun finding all the new and different things without having to be shown where they are!
I mean if you wanna level up hella fast and earn hella drachmae, I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss the other side missions. Even the most insignificant ones give loads of XP and drachmae. By the time I got to helping Stentor against the Athenians I was already level 54/55
I wish this you could dress up in a disguise like Fallout New Vegas. Like if I'm wearing all Spartan armour I should be able to walk into a spartan fort and not get attacked...missed opportunity.
I did my first play through so far as Alexios on hard with a assassin build for the first 44 levels (unlocked the snake set early) but then respeced as a warrior with the Jasons fleece set, using the agamenon special unlock on the greek hero boots for 50% burn rate and use the fire burning mace Im 52 now haha When i have finished the game (looking to do 90% completion of all main quests and exploration) i will replay as Kassandra as a hunter build on nightmare and exploration Im excited
For once, I feel like the devs crammed enough stuff into this AC game to justify its 60$ price tag. I felt like I blew threw unity and syndicate way too fast
Spartan Kick also is very Helpful when boarding ships after you destroy them in the ocean, it keeps u from having to kill many because once you throw them out of the water with the spartan kick they count as eliminated
The fact that you can make any Armor/Weapon look like ANY previous gear is something everyone should know. I play a heavy bladed axe build and have all high level gear, but Alexios looks like a barbarian with very little heavy armor..
A old assassins creed player like my self has seen the game evolve starting with Desmond it really has changed and evolved but the 3rd one with connor is when it started to change but the 4th one evolved the game entirely
I'm just getting into this game and I'm loving it so far. I seen it on sale on Xbox and I have Greek in my blood so I figured I should try it. Loving the game a lot right now. I actually made a lot of the right choices though that was in this video. I got some of the key abilities, the right mode and everything. I didn't know about the changing of time though.
There's a very important one that i only noticed far too late: "Don't try to "reroll" the special gifts you get from the orichalcum merchant, the amount of Orichalcum that you have is tied to your online account. So once you spend it its gone forever, no use in loading older saves, the only difference will be that you will lose the item that you got from it if you do(load an older save) but wont get the orichalcum back" There should've been a tip about recruiting mercenaries and leaders as well: "Scout them ahead with Ikaros and then, if they are Golden(legendary) make sure to recruit them to your boat!"
I started playing A/C games with A/C 3. I think that each edition since has gotten better progressively. I have really enjoyed each game. I thought origins was fantastic, but this is even better! I am at level 59 with 200 hrs invested. There is still much more to do..... Great job Ubisoft!!
I played so much origins and its side quests that I didnt even get to finish the story, then God of War came out and I still haven't finished Origins story. Odyssey looks a lot better than Origins did but not sure if I should buy it full price
Most helpful tip: Try Exploration Mode. Story becomes longer due to constantly checking your map and using your bird to scan the area. Take too long to combat a fort? More militia will appear if you take too long. Most honest tip: Choose those abilities. I don't use the one that breaks the laws physics, but I do use the rest. Not all shield bearers can have their shield stripped from them, so watch out. Roughly 13hrs in, somewhere between Level 15-20 and on Episode 4 (I believe). Such a fantastic game.
Only started this game a few weeks ago, and I think it's all good advice ... except for the very first one. These side quests are typically a quick and easy way to consistently make a decent amount of money. Materials are all well and good, but they're of little use if you don't have the drachmae for that upgrade you're after.

I've seen a lot of people bitching about having to do anything besides the main storyline. I really don't understand why you would spend that much money to skip almost all the game.
Main tip for me was to run and hide during a battle that you are losing. After a couple of seconds of successfully hiding makes your health restore fully...
For all these people saying red dead redemption is better. Why not just buy both. Who wouldn't like two open world games to hold them off till anthem comes out🤔
Ryan Carlson Honestly Anthem doesnt seem all that promising. Seem like a mix between Warframe and Destiny. It has only one region, which was a big let down and EA decided to put in microtransactions in. They will never learn, so I will pass. Don't get me wrong, I hope it does succssede, it would mean more awesome games, but I wouldnt get my hopes up.
I got the gold edition too and it's amazing, but technically you right they could have waited til Friday for the official release, they don't even give real tips the game tells you all these
One more useful tip than the video: You can check the character rarity through Ikaros to see if they are useful to recruit, then just hit them enough to lower their hp to very low (new people would think Unarmed strike is the only way but its not) then kick them till they got knocked down (not over cliff..), and you can recruit them, some mercenary is legendary character that can boots your ship power and useful when you called them out for combat
Haven't touched an assassin's creed since 2, but this game is absolutely excellent. Most fun I've had playing a game in so long. If you're debating whether to get it, 100% buy it!!! Now!!

Yeah just be sure not to kick them off a mountain. Non-lethal becomes irrelevant at that point lol.

Pro tip #3: The healing skill is a must. If you are wondering why you die so much in wars, its probably because you aren’t smashing parry, dodge, and heal enough.

I wish there was an "allegiance" system where you gain levels by siding with either of the two factions.
For example:
Level 1: Base level. Soldiers of the faction act normal around you and all restricted areas remain restricted.
Level 2: after siding one to two conquests with them, the soldiers feel more comfortable around you. They will no longer show hostility when you're standing near them.
Level 3: after 2-3 conquest battles with them (stacked with the previous ones if you didn't betray the faction) you now have some sort of military power in the area. Outposts of the faction are now no longer restricted. Military bases and leader houses remain restricted. bounty hunters of the faction have a chance to ask you for help with great rewards. Soldiers of the friendly faction will also do the same and can now be recruited/a companion for some duration.
Level 4: Completely unrestricted access in friendly regions. After 5 consecutive battles with the same faction, the soldiers of the faction now see you as a hero. Sometimes, when you visit military bases, some soldiers will run up and give some "offerings" to you. They can now be permanantly recruited. When you commit atrocities in friendly regions, there is a good chance that the soldiers will ignore it. Even if they notice you, they would give you a chance to tell you to stand down. Bounty hunter bars will also not rise when said action is performed.
That would be amazing. I would also add special quests to defeat Athens. If your are for sparta you will have to do a lot of them. And I would also add the disguise system. If you equip athenian armour you can roam the restricted areas and etc.
I love the idea of Exploration mode. Quests designed without handholding markers. That alone makes me want to buy the game.
It can pretty challenging on this mode. Your bird eye in the sky definitely helps a TON!
Robb Y No it's not. Are you a guy who skips dialogues? Because all characters will tell you where your objective is.
@@danielantony1882 that's YOUR opinion on the modes level of difficulty. I do not skip dialogues I just think it made the game feel a bit more challenging while you kept checking your map to track your destination.
Robb Y: I’m not sure if it’s just broken for me or what, but I have map markers no matter which mode I’m in. I play in exploration mode but I still see markers on my map.
@@georgerobertson1054 hey bud yeah I noticed that as well. They only fully take advantage of the feature with certain missions otherwise you can still see most markers. I forced it to go a step further in the options menu under the HUD options and shut off all markers and tips.
also i feel like most people dont know this: if youre on fire you can role on the ground to put it out (you role with holding down space or whatever the dodge button is)

For the longest time, I didn’t realize you could change the look of any piece of armor to look like whatever you want. So you don’t need to look for that specific piece that you like the look of on your character, you can just use your best piece of armor you have and make it look like what you want. I can’t be the only one that figured this out like 20 hrs into the game lol

It's no game of the year the game is quite buggy and some of the animations are really bad
Sometimes, when you accept a mission from the mission board, it can hard to know where the mission goal is on the map. What i do is:
Select the mission so that it starts appearing on the screen
If you twirl around, the golden mission symbol will appear on the compass at the top of the screen
Walk towards it
open the map
Your character is represented on the map by a golden arrow
Because you walked towards the mission, the golden arrow will be pointing towards the mission. Then it's just a matter of drawing a line on your screen with a big black felt-tip pen
Pro tip#2: Spartan kick is better used for interrupting your opponent before they start their unblockable/red kill moves. You can lock alot of mercenaries and bosses up with this and take MUCH less damage. It’s also good after your opener, if you knock them down, you can just go right back into your opener.
Yes, the save button is my saving grace lol. When you're taking over a fortress and 5 high level bounty hunters are attacking you all at once. After you finish off the 2 dozen other guards in the base you finally have one bounty hunter left to defeat; and then they kill you and you have to re-do everything you've just spent the last 15 minutes doing.

If you're more into assassinating, you should get the Death Veil ability. Once you assassinate an enemy, they'll disappear and won't be detected, so bounty hunters won't come after you.
the best Game Ever played!!! level of detail is just overwhelming, I started playing 2-3 weeks ago, and totally engaged on it. I can play it for 2-3 years easily.
It really is an awesome game. It's so damn expansive too, 100 hours in and you've only managed to explore 1/3 of the map. You get in this mindset to head out and start this one mission, but you get distracted by a couple dozen bounty hunters, some cultists, some massive battles, general location exploration and other large fortress takeover. 2 hours later, you realise you haven't finished that mission that you set out to do eons ago lol 😂

@@dregee874 I actually started the game again a couple months ago. The first time I finished the game I spent 180 hours completing it to get the platinum trophy. So far I'm currently at 60 hours in and pretty much explored everything apart from that southern landmass/ Pephka and all of the left side of the map. And maybe half way through the story.
I forgot how big some of the missions are lol. It was just the other night I was playing pretty late and decided to smash out one more mission, the mission went for over an hour haha.

Truth honestly I feel like ac is upgraded cause back when ac 1 came out and u could roam between cities there wasn’t much to do but now Ubisoft switched it up added quests etc I feel like they are going in the right direction it’s just they need to give time for their games to be more polished and tweak the mechanics some more
@@mrcat3493 You need the modern day stuff. That's kinda the whole point of the game. You are not actually the person you're playing but a memory shared through DNA. Without the modern side of it there is no game.
jimthar17 honestly I disagree. Now that the series has gone back to Egypt and Greece, there is no need for the modern day nonsense. Odyssey, especially is perfectly fine without the modern aspect.

DON'T IGNORE THE SMALL SIDE QUESTS! Doing small side quests are a great way to climb the levels at all points of the game. The more you do, the faster you level up, and the more challenging enemies you can face as a result.

-Extended dodge (roll) removes fire from you
-You can stand up on a horse while riding it by holding Space(or LB on gamepad), you can then jump off in a direction you choose
-You are invulnurable while using abilities
-You can never die from falling
Just maxed level 99, truly a beautiful game to play. I love being lost in a game and very few offer this nowadays for me.

Tip: When attacking a Fort make sure you go to the fire signal first and trap it. This disables reinforcements AND kills whoever tries to use it, including yourself if you choose to do try to light it by hand.

Don’t kill mercenaries, if you knock them out you can recruit them to your ship. I’m level 27 and have maxed legendary special lieutenants/ 6:00
The most crazy attention was when i kicked off an enemy from roof he died on fall and another enemy came and investigated the body an said *must've died from falling*
Something that took me a while to figure out is that you could throw bodies. I kept having trouble dropping bodies off walls until I held the “draw bow” button while carrying a body. I was then able to toss it a short distance. No one likes bodies littering a fort to be discovered later. Maybe body tossing was a thing in other Assassin’s Creed games, but this is my first time playing one.
Just read it first time. I'm level 60 and never noticed it.

One ability that is a must have is Ring of Chaos. Used with fire or poison spreads it to all enemies that Ring of Chaos hits, and it's quite damaging and effective.
The Sparta kick is so addictive just in battle too. It looks so much more epic fighting a high level guard, and just giving them a hard kick to the floor.
I'm someone who hasnt properly played ac since ac 3. Coming back to this game feels crazy, they've definitely turned the series into what feels like a proper rpg. And they seem to have done it well.
Another point about engravings is, you can equip legendary or custom engravings onto standard gear. Search through the engravings list in your inventory to find what you want. Getting a 100% dmg boost to your assassin dmg is pretty vital for an assassin
Once you get purple gear, there is no real use for keeping any lower rarity of that item type. SOME legendary items are parts of sets, so there are some cases where purple might be more viable, especially if the bonus attributes for the purples tailor more towards your style.
Long story short, once you get purple of a specific item type, dismantle all common and rare (blue) of that type.
1. You can light up arrows from braziers for fire damage
2. You can't save in restricted areas, but you can exit, save and get back in
3. You can release animals from cages to keep guards busy
4. Loot caches before burning
Sometimes the Sparta kick’s knockdown effect doesn’t work against higher level enemies, it only staggers them
I got to the point that mercenaries aren’t all that scary
So I keep a 5 point wanted level and fight them all for an awesome challenge

I just started playing ACO about a week or so ago and i must say, Ubisoft is really coming up in the world with their graphics! I love the option of playing as a man or a woman and all the new choices they give you to play the game the way you choose! I'm playing in exploration mode because it's just more fun finding all the new and different things without having to be shown where they are!

It's important to note that resetting abilities costs a certain amount of drachmae, which is displayed in the bottom right of that menu.
I wish this you could dress up in a disguise like Fallout New Vegas. Like if I'm wearing all Spartan armour I should be able to walk into a spartan fort and not get attacked...missed opportunity.

I did my first play through so far as Alexios on hard with a assassin build for the first 44 levels (unlocked the snake set early) but then respeced as a warrior with the Jasons fleece set, using the agamenon special unlock on the greek hero boots for 50% burn rate and use the fire burning mace

Spartan Kick also is very Helpful when boarding ships after you destroy them in the ocean, it keeps u from having to kill many because once you throw them out of the water with the spartan kick they count as eliminated
The fact that you can make any Armor/Weapon look like ANY previous gear is something everyone should know.
I play a heavy bladed axe build and have all high level gear, but Alexios looks like a barbarian with very little heavy armor..

I'm just getting into this game and I'm loving it so far. I seen it on sale on Xbox and I have Greek in my blood so I figured I should try it. Loving the game a lot right now. I actually made a lot of the right choices though that was in this video. I got some of the key abilities, the right mode and everything. I didn't know about the changing of time though.
There's a very important one that i only noticed far too late: "Don't try to "reroll" the special gifts you get from the orichalcum merchant, the amount of Orichalcum that you have is tied to your online account. So once you spend it its gone forever, no use in loading older saves, the only difference will be that you will lose the item that you got from it if you do(load an older save) but wont get the orichalcum back"
There should've been a tip about recruiting mercenaries and leaders as well: "Scout them ahead with Ikaros and then, if they are Golden(legendary) make sure to recruit them to your boat!"
I started playing A/C games with A/C 3. I think that each edition since has gotten better progressively. I have really enjoyed each game. I thought origins was fantastic, but this is even better! I am at level 59 with 200 hrs invested. There is still much more to do..... Great job Ubisoft!!

I played so much origins and its side quests that I didnt even get to finish the story, then God of War came out and I still haven't finished Origins story. Odyssey looks a lot better than Origins did but not sure if I should buy it full price
This Game legit made me cry when I first played it. So surreal to see my ancestors lives in full color
Most helpful tip: Try Exploration Mode. Story becomes longer due to constantly checking your map and using your bird to scan the area. Take too long to combat a fort? More militia will appear if you take too long.
Most honest tip: Choose those abilities. I don't use the one that breaks the laws physics, but I do use the rest. Not all shield bearers can have their shield stripped from them, so watch out.
Roughly 13hrs in, somewhere between Level 15-20 and on Episode 4 (I believe). Such a fantastic game.

Only started this game a few weeks ago, and I think it's all good advice ... except for the very first one.
These side quests are typically a quick and easy way to consistently make a decent amount of money. Materials are all well and good, but they're of little use if you don't have the drachmae for that upgrade you're after.

Main tip for me was to run and hide during a battle that you are losing. After a couple of seconds of successfully hiding makes your health restore fully...
I truly appreciate what they were trying to do with Exploration mode, but as someone who played Morrowind it's almost like having map markers.

Ryan Carlson Honestly Anthem doesnt seem all that promising. Seem like a mix between Warframe and Destiny. It has only one region, which was a big let down and EA decided to put in microtransactions in. They will never learn, so I will pass. Don't get me wrong, I hope it does succssede, it would mean more awesome games, but I wouldnt get my hopes up.

One more useful tip than the video: You can check the character rarity through Ikaros to see if they are useful to recruit, then just hit them enough to lower their hp to very low (new people would think Unarmed strike is the only way but its not) then kick them till they got knocked down (not over cliff..), and you can recruit them, some mercenary is legendary character that can boots your ship power and useful when you called them out for combat
Haven't touched an assassin's creed since 2, but this game is absolutely excellent. Most fun I've had playing a game in so long. If you're debating whether to get it, 100% buy it!!! Now!!
