@@jreneau369 there are two provisions to amend the constitution. One is congress with state approval, the other is a state convention provided in article 5 of the constitution. The state governments vote to convene for amending the constitution, then vote to ratify it. Look up the grass roots movement “ convention of states”. Once approved, congress would never get enough state votes to over turn the amendment. The power is in the people if we choose to fight for it. I think 13 states have joined the movement. I’m working in my state to join them.

Corrected, congress never created the special counsel. Congress created the independent counsel which it allowed to expire in 1999. Janet Reno created the special counsel by fiat in defiance of congress after congress let the independent counsel expire. That is an act she had no constructional authority to do. The AG cannot create a federal office. Federal offices can only be created by an act of congress.
So they had years to do most of cases, the dates of the cases proves it is political bias.
Incompetent Judge Cannon, already 2x sanctioned by 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Trump's lawyer started delays with their own motions and foot dragging. The DC trial is being held up by SCOTUS foot dragging on Absolute Presidential Immunity, which 2 courts have already ruled as nonsense.
OMG these words are going to come back to haunt them. This is a brush fire that's about to get out of control. Remember, that these actions are their own...

Congress does not need to create an office. Not when national secrets are at risk. It's already in place. I am no expert so take this with a grain of salt and go do your own homework. It is considered a 'war crime', however, we do not have to be at war for treason to occur. You seem to be forgetting what Trump did 'hiding and wanting to sell national secrets' is basically treason. There is a very clear definition of the law when it comes to that. Written long before Trump ever took office.
