Maybe RUclips isn’t the platform for mental health. At least not from a professional services standpoint. Perhaps that type of content garners views when it’s a personal experience and growth vs tips considering how deeply personal many consider mental health. A professional guidebook series would be interesting probably over the long term. Consider connecting the black woman’s hair experience with limiting mindsets as a way to sorta include mental health. I personally think their intertwined and manifest in many ways. I came to you through microlocs content. I now have sisterlocs but your channel was one I watched before I locing just to get a different and professional side of locs and to see a different journey.

I appreciate your content! I am one who found you because of your micro locs, as I started mine this year. But I am also a social worker who has had my time doing therapy and in therapy myself! There’s. Mental health phenomena going on, and I definitely felt overwhelmed with so many people. It gave me imposter syndrome! But I’m here for it! Good luck on your new journey!
