here's the story: jenna was a character in the oder, a movie by a youtuber named zerophyx. someone made a rumor about it and it was so big the people who were in the movie couldn't stop it, so they played along. then jenna, zero, and bunny all got hacked. the hacker made it look like jenna was actually bad and got her banned. the last part might not be true but that's what i was told

Jenna isn't a hacker, she's made for a movie called The Oder. The owner of the account AGirlJennifer ( Jenna ) was also interested with the rumor so she decided to join in and pretend to be a hacker and scare people. This is just a comment for people who watched this video but still believes the rumor.

The legit answer: The RUclipsr Zerphyx owns the account and it was used in the Oder Roblox story.
Zerophyx was playing along by updated Jenna’s place. The account was hacked live on Kreek Crafts stream.
Roblox support is restoring the account AGirlJennifer.
