I bought many smaller double sheets of manuscript paper.....condensed the original sheet music, melody, harmony and rhythm, and wrote it onto a single stave, then compiled them into book form that I created myself.......That is one of my books that I played this number from.

I acquired it in the late 1960s. In Oldham, market stalls and music shops stocked sheet music, I acquired it from one of these for two shillings: I think.
