Hocam Türkiye Türkçesini gösterdiğiniz tabloda gel- fiilinin IPA ile gösterimindeki "e" sesi yanlış değil mi? "æ" ile gösterilmesi gerekmiyor mu?
gel- /ɟɛl-/ yazıyor, e değil.
@@atasgayypogly7701 Yanlış anladınız. IPA gösterimindeki tam ortadaki harfi kastediyorum. Onun /æ/ ile gösterilmesi gerekmez mi. Azerbaycancadaki gibi "gəl-" diye sesletiyoruz çünkü.

Hocam, bu uvular/velar/palatal farklılığı örneğin Kazakçada ya da Azerbaycancada anlam farklılığı da yaratıyor mu? Gördüğüm kadarıyla Türkçe, Türkmence ve Kırgızcada ortografide farklılık yok. Ama Azerbaycanca velar voiced plosive'yi q ile palatalı ise g ile yazıyor, anlam farklılığı olan minimal sözcük çiftleri var mı? Yoksa sadece mümkün olduğu kadar fonetik bir alfabe mi kullanmaya çalışmışlar? Aynı şeyi açık ve kapalı e sesleri için de merak ediyorum.
Azerbaycan Türkçesinde e ve ə anlam farklılığı yaratıyor ama q ve g farklı sesler olduğu için öyle kullanılmış. Yani q /g/, g /ɟ/ sesini verdiği için ayrı harfler kullanmak daha mantıklı. Bana kalırsa Türkmencede de ayrı harfler kullanılmasını yeğlerim.

Biz Kyrgyzdar emnege kääde K, kääde G dep aitabyz. Bu regiongo da jarasha bolot. K dep köbünchö Tüshtüktö (South/Süd) aityshat, G dep Tündüktö (North/Nord) aityshat. Dagy bir dekeni aitysh kerek, Kyrgyz tilinde, sözdün aiagyna Z kelse, Z dep aitylbait: S aitylat. Misal üchün: SÖZ dep jazylsa, SÖS dep aitylat. Dagy bir neche misal berein: kooz-koos, köz-gös, körgöz-görgös, sözsüz-sössüs, Kyrgyz-Kyrgys. Eger Z' dan kiyin ulanyp bashka tamgalar koshulsa, anda Z bolup aitylat, misaly: közdör-gözdör (Naryn'da: göstör), koozdo (Naryn'da: koosto). Süilöm da jazaiyn: Maga sms jazyp koi (Maa sms jasp koi). Men üigö bara jatam (Men üigö waratam/wartam (bu B menen bailanysh misal)).
