I LOVE this channel and agree with EVERYTHING. I’ve had my snake eyes for 13 years and have had NO issues. However I wouldn’t recommend getting it because I kno ALOT of people who had issues when they got it done. I do kno alot of people that don’t recommend it and don’t do it. I have an ampallang, I'd say it was surprisingly way easier to get and heal than reptutation would suggest- needle hurt going in and emerging but the sensation going through was just weird, healing was fairly easy- after a week we resumed very gentle activity and within a month we were back to normal. I have no functional issues with urination or sex. Living with them in general, as far as both of us are concerned, is VERY easy, if I am out walking around I don't notice the 3mm diaeter piece of steel at all! We both agree that nipples are way worse and we both prefer our genital piercings. We have both had issues wit all piercings except our genitals since healing with discomfort or irritation- including lobes! Vertical labret is the other one we take issue with- she got hers done 4 years a go and it is one of her favourites, the ball fell off mie but I am going to get it done again! Loved it! If you have a slight pout it works well, plus it is a bit more tooth friendly than other lip piercings. She lost hers and it stayed open 2 weeks, 4 years old and no rejction, I had no issues with mines. It is at least no more likely to reject than an eyebrow- I'd argue it may be more stable as it is more fleshy and less bony! I think it is a great piercing if you have the anatomy and the piercer is competent!

For the genital piercings, healing it was basically just "don't jerk off for a week or 2 and use saline spray on them." Healing my tongue piercing was a little more difficult. Mainly just because of how swollen my tongue was for the first few days, and it was still fairly easy. I just had to eat applesauce until it stopped hurting and brush my teeth and use mouthwash every time I ate. Everything is stretched to the size I want, and nothing seems to be migrating after several years, so I think I'm good
I actually have my tongue pierced and crazier yet, I actually have a genital piercing! I'm a transgender guy who doesn't get Bottom Dysphoria, so I got a Vertical Clitoral Hood (VCH) piercing a couple weeks ago. (I have a lot of piercings though, so I know how to take care of it well). I do get that some of these piercings aren't for everyone. I didn't even know the whole process behind dermals, so I found that to be really interesting. Thanks for this video! Your videos are fun to watch! 🌈🖤🧡
I have a VCH (female genital) piercing. Easiest piercing to get, to heal and to care for. Plus it does add stimulation during sex. No, not randomly throughout the day or anything, but it gets rubbed easily and feels great. You have to stop using loofahs and things so you don't snag it. I have snagged it once the day after getting it with toilet paper when wiping after peeing. It HURT. Haven't done it since.
I have 3 on this list 😆 I got my tongue pierced when I was 19, 3 dermal( 1 on my face and 2 in the middle of my chest) had them for about 4 years now and got my private done when I was 20. Never had any problems with any of my piercing and I'm 37 now😊. I have 20 piercing total and might get 3 more maybe 4 and I'll be done 😁
Excellent advice! You are a very conscientious piercer! I really respect you so much for that! I’m a huge fan of your channel and love all of your videos!😍👍😁👏🏼
I had one piercing on this list. My tongue. I retired it 6 years ago. It caused gum erosion, and that dosen't repair itself. I replaced it with a 4 gauge dermal punched left conch, which is much cooler looking. I agree with this list. Many of these piercings can be dangerous. I have another one---nipple piercings. (Jan Griffiths).
You misnamed number 7. You meant to say surface tragus. Anti tragus is the hard section opposite of the tragus. It is meant to be done with a curved barbell, which is what I've had for years. Surface tragus is what's shown for number 7.
My Monroe piercing rubbed away to gum on the tooth directly behind the back of the stud! So yes any piercing around your mouth could affect your gums or teeth. My tongue piercing grew out it is now literally now down the bottom of my tongue so I took it out and the dermal I had in my face rejected but I am going to get that redone so 😂
The funny part is I was in their oral health video I got my tongue pierced by Lulu's. Still doing great guys; my tongue is excellent, almost 5 years :)
I've had my VCH for over a year. I've also had 25 piercings and it's the easiest to heal and take of.. as long as you do it right. I've never had problems. I'm you will have problems with it if you don't care of it though
smiley piercings won’t damage your teeth if you’ll wear a ceramic piercing. I’ve had it for a long time and everything is all good😊 sadly i had to take it out to get braces, but even my dentists said that no damage was done over many manyyy years of wear.
Same, I have a colorful plastic one for this exact reason. I had the frownie, the bottom version, and it was metal and it fucked my gums up and the little skin part attaching my lip to my gums.
If the barbell is the right size, is tongue piercing safe! Even my dentist and surgeon explained. I have one for 20 years and everything is still fine.
It makes me sad when a "professional" piercer doesn't even know the correct names of the piercings they speak about. What he referred to as an 'anti-tragus' is actually a surface tragus. Anti-tragus piercings are a lot different, and not in that location.

However after 5 years of growing up i knew i had to retire it cause it was going to be bad haha, i now know the smiley was a bad choice but still enjoyed it very much.. the day after taking out my smiley i got my medusa pierced so idk if that was a smart move but i love my medusa sooooo much hahahaha.
I was thinking abt getting a snake eyes piercing but before getting it, I was doing research and finally I just got a normal one👍glad I did research first
Genital piercings are a wide category, my ampallang is a piercing I forget most of the time, when I notice it, it is mostly neutral and otherwise positive. ALL of my other piercings will get a bit grumpy occasionally and many are in areas that can get bumped, snagged, etc- like my ears and face. My genital piercing is just there- most of the time it is inside my boxers, I have always been extra cautious with that area anyway, so I am not passively bumping into things. Thing is too that with the right sie and thicknessit has no impact on my sexual performance- even being quite vigorous my 3 mm bar has never gotten sore- I'd experience skin irritation before that I think. It was not the most painful piercing I have, granted I have multiple dermal punches and a coin slot- snug and nipple were actually way worse for standard piercings and the heavy ods were definitely much worse, my partner would agree with her HcH, this piercing was so fast that the pain was intense but brief, it healed very quickly- recommends a closed ring as they can snag on lacy things (happened to my septum on one of the lacy things). Honestly, I removed my nipple piercing because it was so sensitive, my partner recalls how bad it was for her- no contest, I swear genitals are way easier for most placements! Only real issue I might face is another womans preferences or if it is unpleasant for her- not really an issue for the moment though and it does unscrew if I really need to!
ANY piercing to the tongue is to be avoided. ANY dentist will tell you «DON'T EVER get a tongue piercing. They'll destroy your teeth.» Other mouth piercings tend to be just as bad.
I totally agree with all of them! For me, the tongue, big mistake. I thought it looked great but oh my teeth! I broke a few in the back but I miss the front teeth that I used to click the jewelry against. Those teeth are gone now and it is not cute. Now I have to wear a partial denture that looks like a retainer with teeth. Don’t pierce your tongue!!!
I had my tongue ring for over 10yrs and I loved it. But there were a few times I accidentally bit the ball or the bar. A few yrs ago I bit the plastic ball and cracked it....and just couldn't bother. So I took it out. I don't miss it nearly as much as I thought I woukd
@@douglasgriffiths3534 mm true, i've heard mixed reviews from Dahlias. I heard if you downsize the bar after swelling then the bar wont hit the teeth as much. Would definitely cause damage to teeth but i guess it wouldn't cause as much gum erosion compared to the medusa or lower lip piercing? I guess gum erosion would be much worse than tooth damage as its not reversible. .
The smiley piercing looks terrible! I am never getting it because I use my front teeth to play the saxophone and clarinet. It would also hurt while I am eating.
I took both dermals out myself I had them in on my cheek bone by my eye for 8 years and one day I was just tired and just used a blade and my finger ( don’t recommend ) but surprisingly I did it but ya I didn’t know how difficult it was gunna be lol

I completely agree with everything you said. For me, snake eyes are the absolute worst 😂😂 I also think that butt cracks, neck piercings/ dermals, and the bridge should also be added to the list 😂
Oh my goodness a smiley is a thing? That’s called having a lip tie and babies get it lazered off all the time! That’s crazy I didn’t know people with lip ties pierced them! 😱
I have no tattoos! I only had ear piercing in the past. I don’t believe in piercing anywhere else on my body. I just don’t understand why people like to hurt themselves.
Horrible teeth is hereditary in my family, I’m 21 and already loosing multiple teeth & I’ve always wanted a tongue piercing so I’m going to get it done while I have horrible teeth and then one day when I can afford new teeth I’m going to take my piercing out
Guys I got the tongue piercing and believe it or not I’ve broken two teeth since then and neither was from my piercing 😂 so far it’s actually kept me from biting my tongue so much since I’m more aware
I used to have a triangle pierced into my back. Maybe about 6-7 months into healing it, they started rejecting. They didn’t rub against my jeans but I would catch them or sit wrong and they’d get irritated (I was in school at the time). Miss them but I don’t recommend them.
I agree with EVERYTHING here, for the private stuff, I dont even get the reason why you would need it, since only you will see it, cuz i dont think u can do the stuff with em on anyways. (if u dk what i mean, getting pregnant for example) might be wrong tho i still dont find a reason for it. also, if ur a woman, I dont recommend the cherries, it just doesnt look good, and its rlly uncomfortable
it's also weird to be a piercer who shames piercings like genital piercings that honestly rarely have issues. y'all use a lot of subpar jewelry & terrible techniques so i don't care much for what y'all have to say but i had to see what was not recommended by y'all.
you do NOT have to surgically remove surface anchor piercings. actual reputable piercers can remove them with tissue manipulation or creating a small nick in the piercing site to get the jewelry out.
i agree with the genital piercings, but for a different reason, i had 17 and it was a lot of work to regularly remove ans clean them, that in my opinion needs to be done, its not the most clean area of the body, i had to remove them because of a surgery, it was after that that i learned how much extra time i had in the evenings LOL
My man has penis piercing and he regrets it. Genital piercings are so disgusting... yuck! Tattoos are difficult to get rid of, think twice before having them, everyone I know who has tattoos wishes they never had them.
Every cleaning my dentist ask me when I took my tongue bar out and after I tell him in the parking lot I get the lecture on how it can damage my teeth and gums but mine look really good at this time but I need to be cautious. I've now had it for 10 years now. I only got it because it was the one thing my mom told us we weren't allowed to get pierced so I was like I'm 18 just watch me
How about breast Peircing? No one talks about when u want to remove them for good after x amount of yrs , you then noticed a discharge that has a scent !
My lip piercing has a plastic labret with a metal ball, and my vertical labret I love cuz it goes nowhere near my teeth. My tongue piercing destroyed my teeth. I had a dermal in my belly button (agony! Belly skin moves so much when they’re trying to force the ‘foot’ in!- it rejected within a few months.. very, very slowly. All of the ick, Oh, and both my tragus piercings rejected meaning my ears look like teen tiny baby girl vaginas. You’re welcome! 17 piercings and I wear like three lmao
Genital piercings are not bad if you take care of them properly. I am sorry, but I’ve had mine for almost 30 years without any issues because my piercer was very knowledgeable, and did it absolutely correct equally it falls upon the person getting it to take proper care of them and if you don’t know how to do it correctly, that’s where most of the problems occur because of neglect.
I appreciate the video and the comments where people share their experiences (good and bad).
It’s nice to hear a piercer say that some piercings are not a good idea and explain why.

10) Snake eyes
9) Finger
8) Back dermals
7) Anti tragus w/ curved bar bell
6) Genitals
5) Smiley
4) Dermals
3) Tongue
2) eyelid
1) horizontal lip piercing

What about the lip piercings? Are there any that don't damage teeth?
3:12 is not called an antitragus. that would be a vertical tragus, or a surface tragus.
Whoa I thought you was gone name the Medusa piercing 😂😂 I have that one and I love it
Maybe need a pt.2 ✌️
@@Shopluluave 😂😂 nooo
My eye dermal ripped out after a month. It was healed and didn't hurt or bleed but I was definitely sad. 85$ wasted
Good for you and good for you
Hi Johnny happy 4th of July to you and the rest of the lulu team
Thank you!!!!
ANY piercing to the tongue is to be avoided. ANY dentist will tell you «DON'T EVER get a tongue piercing. They'll destroy your teeth.»
Other mouth piercings tend to be just as bad.
I love you Johny ❤💙💜💚❤
How about the web between thumb and forefinger
Great video very informative
Yup, I actually have a chip in my tooth because of the tongue ring so I took it out about a year ago
I have the Christina. I love it!!!
Christina is not really a genital piercing> I have one too. Nowhere near that area. (Jan Griffiths).
@@douglasgriffiths3534 ummmm what? Sorry. A little confused.
What about dahlias ?
The bar still sits in the mouth and can hit teeth. I understand they are difficult to heal as well. (Jan Griffiths).
I guess gum erosion would be much worse than tooth damage as its not reversible. .
Right before I clicked this video I said “back dermal…” out loud
My brother was guilty of having a back dermal in 2008/09
The smiley piercing looks terrible!
The snake eye piercing is NOT for me because I play the saxophone and trumpet and it would also bother my tongue a lot
Jony
🥰🥰🥰
I’m guilty I have my tongue pierced 🫣😂 saying that I have always had problems with my teeth since I was a baby.. have had my tongue pierced now about 20 years lol.. have been asked if I would ever get a genital piercing and have always said no that don’t appeal to me.. I have my eyebrow, rook, Tragus, helix, nose, septum, Medusa and lobes pierced 😊
How long did the rook take to heal? If you don’t mind me asking
@@slothbear8378 I was told it’s quite a while but mines been done about a month now and feels like it’s healed although I still clean it but not as much as I used to when it was first done x
@@shelleyhatt7990 thank you so much!
@@slothbear8378 your welcome 😊
I completely agree with everything you said. For me, snake eyes are the absolute worst 😂😂 I also think that butt cracks, neck piercings/ dermals, and the bridge should also be added to the list 😂
Oh my goodness a smiley is a thing? That’s called having a lip tie and babies get it lazered off all the time! That’s crazy I didn’t know people with lip ties pierced them! 😱
I have no tattoos! I only had ear piercing in the past. I don’t believe in piercing anywhere else on my body. I just don’t understand why people like to hurt themselves.
“I don’t like these piercings and I don’t recommend getting them” *does them*
Took my snake eyes off lmfao rn I have a double vertical labret that’s healing, so far I’m on day 6 and I think it’s going well
Horrible teeth is hereditary in my family, I’m 21 and already loosing multiple teeth & I’ve always wanted a tongue piercing so I’m going to get it done while I have horrible teeth and then one day when I can afford new teeth I’m going to take my piercing out
Guys I got the tongue piercing and believe it or not I’ve broken two teeth since then and neither was from my piercing 😂 so far it’s actually kept me from biting my tongue so much since I’m more aware
I have dentures and have had them since I was 27. Side effect of having children for me. I really really want a Marilyn Monroe
i did my smiley by myself haha
I have none on the list I have
Septum
Medusa
Ashley
Two nostril studs
Thanks for sharing
I don’t recommend tongue I have ruined my teeth (chipped 4 teeth) and crushed a molar I also had a metal ball not plastic
litteraly every surfaces
Dermals I heard, don't last. If they lasted I'd be very interested. 🤔
Wow Now I know not to get these percings
Glad you enjoyed
I used to have a triangle pierced into my back. Maybe about 6-7 months into healing it, they started rejecting. They didn’t rub against my jeans but I would catch them or sit wrong and they’d get irritated (I was in school at the time). Miss them but I don’t recommend them.
Nothings up !
Kinda relived my cheek is piercing is not there
that is not an anti tragus. that is a surface tragus.
it's also weird to be a piercer who shames piercings like genital piercings that honestly rarely have issues. y'all use a lot of subpar jewelry & terrible techniques so i don't care much for what y'all have to say but i had to see what was not recommended by y'all.
you do NOT have to surgically remove surface anchor piercings. actual reputable piercers can remove them with tissue manipulation or creating a small nick in the piercing site to get the jewelry out.
I agree, and posted the same thing before I saw your comment
…they also spelled tongue wrong lol
i agree with the genital piercings, but for a different reason, i had 17 and it was a lot of work to regularly remove ans clean them, that in my opinion needs to be done, its not the most clean area of the body, i had to remove them because of a surgery, it was after that that i learned how much extra time i had in the evenings LOL
My man has penis piercing and he regrets it.
Genital piercings are so disgusting... yuck!
Tattoos are difficult to get rid of, think twice before having them, everyone I know who has tattoos wishes they never had them.
Can't he either take it out himself or go to the piercer? I think they can be removed. (Jan Griffiths).
The finger piercing is so weird and I am not getting it
Every cleaning my dentist ask me when I took my tongue bar out and after I tell him in the parking lot I get the lecture on how it can damage my teeth and gums but mine look really good at this time but I need to be cautious. I've now had it for 10 years now. I only got it because it was the one thing my mom told us we weren't allowed to get pierced so I was like I'm 18 just watch me
That is not an anti tragus it is a surface tragus. An anti tragus is a cartilage piercing that goes through the cartilage above the lobe
Tongue* They do have silicone balls...
The eye lid piercing will hurt as fuck
i never heard of finger piercings
How about breast Peircing? No one talks about when u want to remove them for good after x amount of yrs , you then noticed a discharge that has a scent !
For genital peircing
I think nipple ones are ok if you havent been pregnant
Johnnie Guilbert has one
Tbh the lack of proper terminology and the way he mixed up surface tragus and anti tragus are huge red flags
Multiple of these piercings should be lower than snake eyes
My lip piercing has a plastic labret with a metal ball, and my vertical labret I love cuz it goes nowhere near my teeth. My tongue piercing destroyed my teeth.
I had a dermal in my belly button (agony! Belly skin moves so much when they’re trying to force the ‘foot’ in!- it rejected within a few months.. very, very slowly. All of the ick,
Oh, and both my tragus piercings rejected meaning my ears look like teen tiny baby girl vaginas.
