Sir please explain if in open center valve, if the electric supply cut off to the hydraulic power pack(pump gets off) then all the pressure drain back to tank?
No because the pump is not loaded there some of that will be drained to tank and some of the oil will go back to pump
Kindly explain selection of valve according to different application's?? You explained 7 types of 5/3 valve but not the application.

If pump is loaded condition and maintain pressure 200bar and if acuate coil with 24v DC supply than how spoole move with this large pressure with this small 24v DC supply
24 volt DC or 220 volt AC are not used to maintain high Pressure.
They are only used to energise Coil and so to create magnet So that spool i.e Plunger can move in Pilot Valve .
Please check the specification of Valve body. Or Name plate or Valve datasheet. 3 second pulse open command so, that time open the valve after 3 second open command supply OFF.
Spool operation upto 250 bar..or 300 Bar.
