I think the two I would add to this list is "Sphynx Travelling to Waterfall" in the Cascade Kingdom, as who would think to use the binoculars to spot Sphynx, and "Bench Friends" in Metro Kingdom, as there is no hint on what to do.

would be cool to do something similar to this with shrines in breath of the wild, just based off location/side quests of the shrines, not factoring in the shrines’ difficulties themselves
A Treasure Made of Coins was the only one I had to look up online. I figured that the flower thing with coins surrounding it was probably where the moon was, but I could not figure out how I was supposed to unlock it.
I played shovel knight right before I played super Mario odyssey so I was used to having to look very closely in every level. I had no clue about 2 of these tho, just shows how crazy the devs were with hiding
The only actually hidden moons in this video are the bowser frame moon, not really the secret room in the floating sands,the secret moon in the pyramid,moon number 2 and 1 in the video. Nothing else is hard to find here
For the knocking down the nice frame moon I actually went to the roof where you fight bowser and I jumped really far, it took me about 100 tries but I did it.
There is one other one in sand kingdom you have to do a trick jump on a piller go on assist mode because on regular mode you will die trying to get this

Lake Kingdom #36 Deep Deep Down is very hidden because of the way the camera angle is focused on toad its not even possible to see it untill you are right next to it. I had to look up a guide only to feel like a moron lol

Most of these can be easily found by looking at the map since most are moon rock moons. The hardest moons are the ones found in subareas imo
For super secret zipper, you can jump really far off the corner edge of the start to jump straight to it
