do you have a LHD car? do you think a RHD car would be a problem? also do you have any suggestions for immigration help from the UK as an EU citizen? i'm struggling to figure out how i will deal with taxes, driving licenses etc etc and other things that come with permanent residency. thanks for these videos they have been so helpful to gain an insight on the area.
@@CloudNineSpain thank you for your answer. One more question, who is renting there long term? Is it a stable market? I’m interested in buying an apartment in Nueva Andalucía as an investor. Many thanks
Excellent video sir, thank you for your time, moving to Nueva Andalusia in September
Best of luck!
Really interesting and useful area tour thanks! (It's raining in London)
But no mention of La Dama de Noche or Los Naranjos de Marbella urbanisations? Two classics!
Thanks Tim - much appreciated!
@@timcoyle4163 Interesting you mention that. They were included in the filming but didn´t make the final edit. I´ll check what happened.
I'd love to see a La Quinta video as that is the area I'm interested in. Thank you.
Coming soon!
Beats driving round Manchester on a cold/ wet March day guys 😂❤

Hope to be in Marbella in May.

Best advice it to seek advice from a lawyer, in a short consultation they can answer all your questions.
Nice video! Would you say this is the best area also to rent long term? There is enough demand to rent for more than 1 year?
Definitely. Just be careful that your costs (eg community fees etc) aren´t eating too far into your revenue. We see this mistake frequently.
