- We show the match-drilled parts of the wing kit, as supplied in the kit, ready for final assembly. We line the parts up, cleco (clamp), and rivet - it's that simple! The wing kit parts are match-drilled on the CNC router for perfect alignment to each other, ready for assembly right out of the box.

Молодцы буржуи!
Exelent work you, friends! very good, forward !
I LOVE IT AND WANT ONE! Please do more of these, they are so great! (and make me want to buy one)
YOU MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY AND FUN........
Recommended table size is 12-feet x 4-feet
Excellent. I want to build one!
are you planning any more videos like this of the assembly? Hope so...
UGH! Great kit but why the annoying, distracting music when the builders could have conveyed valuable information as they went along in the assembly!! Please leave the music out of future videos!!!!!!!
I think I'd like to have the CH750 as my second airplane. I just wish it could be made as a taildragger.
Chris Heintz has a writeup on how trigears allow higher AoA on rotation than taildraggers...
pop rivets?? Not hammered rivets??
cool video, Do clecos come with the kit and if so how many?
No, clecos are not included with the kit. We recommenced several hundred.
Zenith Aircraft Company I can see it’s primarily blind rivets used for rib to spar assembly.
Is there any provision for Fay sealant on the mating flanges? Could a substitution be made for solid rivets ?
What is the dimensions of your work table?
Those rivets look like pop rivets, is that an approved rivet for acft? Would rather see solid or huck.
The aircraft is designed to use Zenair blind rivets for assembly.
OK, thanks for the input, I'm an old acft. mechanic LoL.
Zenith Aircraft Company Are “Zenair Blind Rivets” standard or are they unique to Zenair?
