- Prince Harry says he held onto hope that Princess Diana was secretly still alive for "many years" after her passing. During an interview on "60 Minutes" about his forthcoming memoir "Spare," the Duke of Sussex explained to Anderson Cooper that he once believed his mom hadn't truly died. "I just refused to accept that she was gone. Part of [it was] she would never do this to us, but part of [it was] maybe this is all part of a plan," he said, adding that he thought that she'd disappear "for a time and that she would call us and we would go and join her."

Harry has been suffering for a long time. His father who was selfishly involved in an affair with a married/divorced woman. Never made time to address his son's grief. Or get them therapy. He is speaking his truth now as an adult and everyone is chastising him for it! Comparing him constantly to his elder brother whom has already cheated on Kate how quickly everyone forgets Williams mistakes. Following in their Father's footsteps. Don't blame Harry!

The boy did go to therapy, he'll he founded a mental health charity and had therapists on speed dial. BTW, Diana had over 7 affairs. Neither parent was perfect
You do know the person who wrote about William's "affair" admitted the story was made up, and he didn't expect it to take off... oddly enough, he came up with the experiment, as he called it, at a dinner at SoHo House.
Now either provide ACTUAL proof of YOUR claim about Prince William being unfaithful or remove it. If you think the lie by Giles Corrin is the truth please educate yourself as even that author has admitted what he said was false!
Even Diana said Charles was a very good father, but Harry dabbled in drugs instead of getting proper therapy..and the family all endulged him instead of pushing him to move forward and grow up, it all made to help him be the weak self-indulgent person he is...and MM brings out another level of it with her narcissistic tendencies.

I'm sorry for the passing of your dad. It's so sad you knew him shortly. To me when a loved one dies (I lost my grandma when I was 19), they are still here with us but in the form of a gardien angel. To me they just transform, they don't go away completely. I'm sure your dad is with you right now, guiding you and protecting you. You just can't see him physically. You can see the grief on his face still. He was so traumatised by her passing and understandably so. I feel so bad for him and that he was so vulnerable to a toxic relationship.

Thats not so..he was invited to visit and called back when granny was sick, they didn't go. He didn't go when he was told grandfather was sick....and he refused to talk to his mummy on the phone the night she died because he was angry she went out instead of being home with him...he just never learns from his mistakes!!

Ok people are going to dislike this , but bad things happen to everyone and it's how YOU CHOOSE to deal with them is just to part of being human, whilst talking and making others aware of how you feel is a good thing there are eventually limits you have consider and unless you address how you are affected you will never heal, to quote a phrase "get off the cross someone else needs the wood" imo his current action on this event in his (and several others who also had to deal with that loss of a family member) life is not healthy or healing it's just scratching at a wound he not letting heal.
Well said... we are masters of our own present and future, we all chose which path we walk down, not necessarily what's on the path, but when we come to these life challenges, it's how we handle them, what advice we take, how much effort we put in, etc that actually makes the difference 👍👍

It’s totally heart wrenching that he lost his beloved mother so untimely but, he must also know that he isn’t the only one that suffers from such heartbreaking misfortunes. His mechanism to cope with his sorrow is totally wrong. He can’t disregard and be ungrateful of all the love his father gave him in bringing him up. Neither can he ignore the fact that his mother loved both him and his brother, equally and to try and destroy his brother can mean hurting his mother together.
Its sad and fucked up because its entirely plausible. She had a lot of money and a lot of connections, she could have faked her death and gone into hiding, gotten surgery, and done all that. For normal kids, it wouldnt work, but his mom would have been able to, so i wonder if that ever played a factor. So so tragic

My friend at school lost both her parents...he eldest brother was just 21 and had to fight to get custody of his 5 siblings, but he raised them all...had to leave Uni and work, put his own life on hold...the youngest was only 8, my friend was about 13 I think at the time. They had no money, no nannies, no castles or horses, etc...they all had to grow up and get a job and finally the eldest brother could work part-time and do his degree part-time to finally achieve his desired outcome.... don't tell me 'poor Harry' he was spoilt, is lasy and selfish and thinks of no one but himself...he should have gone on a 12 mth sebatical and lived and worked in some village in Africa digging wells or something useful to give him some real life experience to know how lucky he is!!
