Yeah, it's difficult to really root for anyone at the beginning. This show likes to explore subjects like grey morality and makes you think. Then there's always mind games between the two geniuses to keep you entertained. Loved your reaction, by the way. Can't wait till L really shows up.
It's my first time watching Death Note dubbed, I say the dub is pretty decent and equally intense. Also, avoid spoilers like the plague, even though I watched it knowing the biggest spoiler of the series and it was still very enjoyable, I suggest to avoid spoilers. Also, you're cute and have pretty eyes. Watching Death Note with your face at the screen is a bonus, hopefully I didn't sound too creepy.

You want him to fake his reactions, to force them out of him sooner than when he would naturally let them out? If you look in his glasses you can sometimes see which part of Death Note he's seeing.
XregularC Of course that's not what I want. I want his video and my video to be synced properly. And yeah I know about the glasses, that's how I can tell the two videos are out of sync. If he could just sync the videos with each other, there wouldn't be a problem.
