I don't get what's the point of having strictly-Korean servers when every pro or streamer from Korea is playing in APAC servers, just include Seoul servers in APAC and you'll have a larger player base of players who can play together.

but first of all the manual of create account is different (APAC and KR).
KR server needs to certificate users real name & resident number & phone numer.
second of all, on KR server we cant buy RP cause KR's law issues.
