On a volcanic planet, Ultra Magnus has the high ground, and uses the Star Saber to slash at Optimus Prime, who leaps at him with the Dark Star Saber. Cutting off all but his right arm. Optimus falls into the lava river, but quickly lunges out to the edge of the volcanic beach hill. Optimus's body is on fire as the lava burns through his metal. With his own right hand and will power, he reaches out to slowly and painfully drags his burning body up the hill. Ultra Magnus turns away, no longer seeing his brother in arms anymore, only the results of a hero fallen to a dark side corruption. He takes the Matrix of Leadership and leaves Optimus to die. Meanwhile, Cyclonus, Scourge, and the Sweeps arrives on a docking bay. Galvatron jumps out of Cyclonus as they, Scourge and the Sweeps, transforms and lands on the landing pad. Back at the volcanic beach hill, Optimus still drags his body upwards, slowly growing weaker. He is spotted by Cyclonus, and the group see him, still alive. Galvatron orders the Sweeps to get a medical capsule, and they leave to get it. Cyclonus and Scoruge stand guard, as Galvatron makes his down to Optimus, who turns over in relief that help has arrived. Later on, the group flies to Unicron in his planet mode. The Sweeps guiding the floating medical capsule of the badly burnt Optimus through the hallways of the Dark God, with Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge behind them. Inside the reformation chamber room, Optimus lays on the reformatting table, as Galvatron stand by and watch as Unicron painfully revives Optimus with the power of Dark Energon. Optimus's body slowly rebuilds and reformats itself, but in new dark colors. The process is then complete, and the reformatting table slowly rises with the now Nemesis Prime being brought online. Galvatron approaches to check on him. Galvatron: Nemesis, can you hear me? Nemesis Prime: Yes, Galvatron. He turns to Galvatron, slowly getting use to his reformatted body. Nemesis Prime: Where is Elita? Is she safe? Is she alright? Galvatron: It seems, in your anger, you killed her. Nemesis Prime: I- I couldn't have. She was alive, I felt it. With the mixture of denial, grief, and the Dark Energon coursing through his circuit, he telekinetically starts to crush almost everything in the room. Nemesis Prime break through the restrains that bounds him to the table and takes his first few steps forward. He has his head down, fighting through the thoughts that Elita is dead. But he remembers what happened. As Optimus Prime, he has achieved the power to end the war with the Decepticons. But at a cost of also killing his Autobot soldiers and young Autobot protoforms. But he would bring peace, freedom, justice, and security to his new Cybertron. All for Elita, to have the power to save and protect the love of his life. But he saw the look of horror in Elita's face, as she was horrified of what he had done, of what he had become. He felt that she refused to see it his way and was turning against him. So Optimus chokes her out of frustration. He remembers that feeling, of his anger squeezing Elita's neck as she struggles to break free. Begging him to stop. He remembers it all, and groans in grief of what he had done. Galvatron looks on, forming a evil grin on his face, as his enemy has now become his ally. Nemesis Prime fully comes to terms that he killed Elita and pulls his head up and hands out in rage, shame, and grief. Nemesis Prime: NNNNNOOOOOOOOO! He screams in both anger and despair. It was there, that the Dark Energon fully consumes him, as he embraced who he is now. A herald of Unicron, Nemesis Prime.

An evil Optimus wearing the Deception emblem, Nemesis signifies this hero's turn to the dark side, and he transforms from a fully poseable robot to a trailer truck. Use the included weapons to get him in action poses and whatever you see fit."
Yeah it’s official, it was sold exclusively at the Our Origin 40th Anniversary Expo in Tokyo. Some online retailers got some copies but I think they’re all sold out of them
