I’m actually happy with how things at PSG have changed this season under Luis Enrique. As a whole, the transfer structure has changed and they’ve become more reliant on building a well balanced team rather than chase after big name superstars even if they’re not afraid to splash the cash on players. Kylian Mbappe is still there for now, Lionel Messi and Neymar left, meaning that there’s not a lot of big egos in the team to deal with which bodes well for any manager.
The season started off very slow for PSG with 2 wins in their first 5 league games and now they’re running away with yet another Ligue 1 title and in the champions league in their group of death, they were on the brink of yet another embarrassing champions league elimination and they narrowly survived thanks to a draw against Dortmund. After beating Real Sociedad in the Champions League RD of 16, they’re now in the UCL quarterfinals where they play Barcelona and if they beat them they have a very good chance to get to the final because you’ll play the winner of Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund 2 teams struggling in their respective leagues. Also, since they’re still in the French Cup, PSG are in contention to win a treble. No matter who they have/how well they do domestically, PSG every season are always judged off of the champions league and that’s what many of the fans care about no offense when you manage or play for PSG even though it’s great to still win trophies. They actually have a chance in either winning the UCL/getting to the final. They’re reliant on Mbappe’s brilliance, their 4-3-3 formation is much more balanced and Enrique has implemented his system and philosophy into this team and they’ve actually played some very good football in certain games. For the most part many of us believed that they were far away than ever before from winning the champions league, but since they don’t have Real Madrid or Manchester City in their bracket, they’re relieved that they don’t have to play those teams until the final and their chances of beating Barcelona in the quarterfinals it’s 50/50 in my opinion. There’s a foundation for the future of PSG even if Mbappe leaves and it seems like the club as a whole have changed their ways and prioritize the team over individuals and superstars.

Most Expensive Midfield signing in our history and he is currently 6th in the pecking order behind WZE Vitinha Fabian Kang & Asensio. and with Moscardo, Xavi and additional midfielders comming i dont see him having a role at PSG. His profile dosent suit what we want to play either

I saw how you didn't liekt he idea of lucho you thought he'd want to keep messi and neymar I'd like it but unfourtanelly it did not happen, you wanted mourinho and thiago mtota especially motta and you didn't like lucho bit I knew lucho would be the best we could get and I think he'd win us the cl maybe not this but in his next season
Winning the CL or not. Lucho made PSG a serious club again. Before that PSG appeared more like a circus. You can't force the CL win, but what you can achieve is to be among the Top clubs every season. And at some point with a little bit of luck the CL would come.

@derpatriot9511 Well the cl will always be our Dream, but I appreciate Lucho, even before he came in 2021 I always wanted either zidane, Mourinho or Lucho, I knew there are not others who could make us play like a team, I was so dissapointed that we didn't got zidane but galtier. Galtier I'd great but not for psg... he'd work at a club like spurs but not psg. And I knew Lucho was a big name and I always loved his playing style and I knew he'd prove everyone wrong since day one. If it's up to me I'd give Lucho 5+ more seasons at psg I love lucho and I hope he will stay for long in psg and I'd love to see him win the ucl and prove these wrong, who are saying he just had a good barca team in 2015
