Cursor is cool, but you would be amazed how difficult it is to actually add features to such an app 😅 scaling an app is no easy task, I’ve been doing it for 9 years and it’s much more than writing code in a file. However, Cursor and other such tools can improve our development speed for sure 👌
Im new to X but have been a RUclips junkie for over a decade. Absolutely well done. Video is extremely engaging and easy to follow. Its like you have been making RUclips videos for years. Keep up the good work, I’m extremely impressed.
THanks buddy for the tutorial. I have an issue: even if we work on the same folder (xcode and cursor), Xcode is not updateing the files from the folder, I still need to drag them manually or recreate them manually. Why this happens and how to solve it? Thanks.
I'm not into programming yet but your videos are easy to recall. I'm not into cursor yet but I certainly try it out. I'm going to give you feedback on that one.
Alex, thank you for showing me how to build my first iOS app super fast on Cursor AI. I can't wait to make it happen! Maybe you could do a RUclips video or space about marketing the apps you make?
I would like to see even one app on the App Store built that way. Creating a simple app might be easy, but the process to get it approved is very hard and lengthy. Not to mention all the developer accounts and setup you need to complete.
@@AlexFinnOfficial I've experienced way less bugs with it, and it does a great job at setting up dependencies compared to the others. I haven't had it get stuck in a buggy loop like Replit or Cursor yet. When I''m ready to code locally in Cursor, I just open the code in StackBlitz and create a new Git repo. Would love to see you do a vid on it!
yea but im so empty on ideas. Doesn't it has to be a very unique app or else it would just flop if i just made one that was just similar to other apps?..
Yeah, everyone will fail and flop if they follow RUclipsr simples app examples if they reproduce these ideas. You have to be more original and work for weeks to make something usefull and more complex.

Did you find a solution? How do you get Xcode to see the changes?

Great video Alex! Where are the follow up vids for showing us how to complete the app and upload it to the AppStore? 🙂

Nice video man 👏 can you use this to make a pay for services/virtual product app. Or is it mainly for checklists and goals ?
Nicely done Alex, learn to code we were told... Now we don't even need to learn, we can just code 👏
This is what I've been waiting for!
Alex, I love the content! Thanks for sharing and being awesome! (:
build a chatgpt-wrapper app. Maybe with user auth and a database to save the historic chats?

Could you do one for an android google calendar type app?
Cursors cool, but have you tried Bolt?
Ya was glitchy for me when I tried it. When I get it working right I’ll make a video
